What really distinguished Jacob Tyler from the beginning was that they assigned a large group to me, even though I was a new client. I like the ease of access that they offer and their transparency whenever I have a question. Although they have a hybrid model internally for project management, we have weekly meetings together. The project was broken down into 10 components, including branding, copywriting, packaging, and logo design, and all timelines set have been met.
