Stoqd built us a beautiful website from scratch. We came to them with a logo, color scheme, and service lines for our business. They were able to take all our information and get on a call with our executive team to understand our business goals and objectives. From there, they drafted a mock-up of the website and kept in constant communication with us during the project.
They completed a branding workshop to help us define our verbiage and messaging for the website, and we loved how they made us feel like we were part of their stoqd family. They knocked the website out quickly and had us get them headshots of the executive team as well as bios for each member. We are very happy with the final product. We plan to use their help for additional projects in the future.

They use tech to their advantage and that is a big win for busy folks like me. Myke was the central contact reviewing brand story, Alex managed tasks and kept me updated. Richard and Brandon worked on the web page data collection. Pictures etc.

We were currently interviewing other companies for the rebrand throw recommendations. We met Myke at an event and his attention to detail, previous work and personality made him the top choice. Working with someone for a lengthy time, you need to trust that they will be able to understand the vision completely.

The project began with an indepth consultation call that took around 2 hours. The team asked every possible question to really understand my line of work, what my end goal was as well as who would be my ideal clients.
After the consultation they sent over a form to determine what type of logo stood out for me, what represented my brand and what I wanted to change. The design team immediately started creating different designs to choose from. Once the vision was understood it did not take long for them to design the PERFECT logo. It truly represented my business, the growth throughout the years and was something I was proud to display.
Once the logo was designed they started to create the new website. The complicated part was figuring out the old site information but they were able to dig deeper and figure it all out. They had an extremely quick turnaround with the creation of the new site. They truly listened to vision and then created something even I could never have visualized. The new site is completely different from the former site, very interactive and also "pretty". The team made this stress free as well as fun.

Everyone was exceptionally easy to communicate with at all times. I could message questions and would receive a response within 24 hours. They made sure to keep me updated throughout the entire process and explained things on my level. This was important to me because I am not tech savvy.

For what projects/services did your company hire stoqd?
We were losing an in-house content strategist and needed a solution quickly. The best option for us was to outsource to an outside firm to reduce the transition period.
SOLUTION
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
We searched online and found a few companies that we were interested in, and we interviewed them. We chose stoqd based on samples, cost, and overall fit. We thought we would work well with the team.

We talked about our needs/goals in our initial meeting. Stoqd has been delivering content that is relevant to our audiences. They create weekly content for us to approve with blog posts, graphics, and verbiage that goes along with that. They are great at sticking with our identity standards to keep the consistency within our brand.
How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
We work with a content creator and the rest of the team is available for questions or general issues.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
The social media posts have been very consistent and we now have weekly blog posts that help increase traffic to our site.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
Great communication with the team! They use Slack for our main communication tool and Airtable for content. We never have to worry about deadlines.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
The blog posts are written well and informative. There's value to our followers whether we post about the local area or real estate in general. The changes we have to make weekly are minor.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
We've only had minor changes to the content and they've addressed them quickly.

We hired Myke and the Stoqd Team to redesign our old and outdated website to something more user friendly and better looking. The team exceeded our goals and will be going back to them for marketing campaigns in the future.

When opening our new office in Richmond, we worked in Venture X for a few months. It's essentially a shared working space with many different companies. We met Myke and his team there and began discussions.

We had a kick off meeting where we talked about a story line for how we wanted the user and our customers to think about our website. We worked with Stoqd through each step to make sure it fit our vision.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
No measurable outcomes of the project as of yet. Myke and the Stoqd Team did an incredible job on our website and we couldn't be happier with the results. Very easy to work with and responsive to changes. Would definitely recommend!

Very easy to talk to and explained each step of the process to us who didn't know the first thing about wed design. Very good communicator and responsive.

We needed informative marketing resources created for our sales staff to send out to clients and referral partners. We needed several digital versions created for different target audiences and it needed to be compatible with our CRM needs.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
They worked with a non-profit I was involved with and I was impressed with their level of professionalism, responsiveness and the services they provided. They were very helpful and easy to work with.

I had a meeting with the Owner to discuss what my company was looking for. We discussed multiple types of marketing and advertising resources and once he agreed that his agency could do all of the requests I was seeking, I then submitted a design request to give him an example of how much copy we needed and the design style I liked.
I set up a meeting with Myke and our leadership team to confirm 1st project type and iron out details. The project actually changed, per my company's needs, and the Owner- Myke was very accommodating. We submitted the new information we wanted in the resource created and type of digital files we needed for our CRM.
Myke and his team sent the first version of our info piece, we had a proof change and then we were ready to use. Once the first resource was finalized we submitted another request for his team to create another one, for use with a different target audience.
We were pleased with the process, the resources they provided, and we plan on using this agency for future needs.

I worked with Myke and Matt to strategize and create graphics. I'm not sure who else was involved behind the scenes.

Well, my closing ratio is great. ha! So clients and referral partners are pleased with the level of information they are receiving from us- the informative pieces that the agency created are very helpful resources and look very professional. It has saved our sales team a lot of time.
