The Brave Little Beast team is truly one-of-a-kind! They conducted their brand magic workshop and built out a new website for our nonprofit organization, and our experience was stellar. Starting with the workshop, they helped us peel back layers of messaging to dig into what it was that made our nonprofit unique - and then applied that brand magic to our new website. 

The process of building the new website was much smoother than I expected because of how responsive and talented the Brave Little Beast team is. At one point our team was hoping for a more functional solution to a particular integration and the BLB team did not give up until they arrived at the best solution. We received stellar communication throughout and their team delivered a beautiful, functional, user-friendly, and compelling website. We highly recommend working with Brave Little Beast!

I worked with Brave Little Beast to to refine my current brand identity into something more professional, without losing the really personal and human angle I bring to my work. I wanted something that married professional and "clean" to fresh and fun. They nailed it. From logo design to brand package to website development, what they produced 4 years ago I still get compliments on a weekly basis about.

The Brave Little Beast team excels at so much of what you hope every service-oriented interaction encompasses. Their work is second to none. Their customer service and response time is fiercely quick. And, perhaps more than anything, it is abundantly clear that they have spent an inordinate amount of time crafting and honing their process. This isn't "let's design a bunch of cool looking logos" or "let's do a social media blast" kind of stuff. 
This is a highly personalized, deeply nuanced process that helps you better articulate who you are and why you do what you do, and then translates that into websites, logo design, marketing tools, visual collateral, and more. I have never, ever met someone who worked with this team and didn't walk away astounded at the precision and personalization of the process. I've worked with them closely on several projects, and will continue to bring them my ideas and questions as I develop new projects.
As an aside, the founder, Ryan, is probably the most authentically and overwhelmingly generous person you will ever do business with. I would unhesitatingly recommend Brave Little Beast for anything within the design, branding, and strategy world.

They marry high-quality work with a terrific and fun process. They have absolutely dialed in their coaching process, and so they can really support you as you make decisions about your brand. Those decisions feel personal, and they are there not to push you one way or another, but to offer guidance and clear thinking/strategy.

They continue to grow their team with team members who add expertise at each stage of project development. My only hope is that they keep growing.
