Our ongoing partnership started in October 2021.

I don’t have metrics to share, but I’ve gotten feedback from customers telling me that they chose me among other candidates because of my website. They believe the website can help promote and sell their houses, which is a very important factor for success.

The team is very clear with what they need, and that enables them to resolve technical issues and bugs quickly. I find them very professional to work with.

I’m impressed with their transparency and how they’re able to maintain a consistent web development workflow.

Our website was outdated and we needed it to be more effective for our clients while retaining the richness of its older content. We also needed it to be simple enough to be managed in-house, which required some customization and development work.

We knew of Wendy Denly from previous marketing initiatives and a colleague and former web designer both recommended Foleo. As soon as we met with them, we know it was the right team for us!

We spent time reviewing the current site and providing our vision. Foleo took that away and came back with great ideas and recommendations, as well as designs.

We worked directly with Wendy, which was super, since she's awesome and it's always easiest to work with one person. She often went to her team for information and answers to questions, so it was great to see how effective the team behind her is also!

Over the last few years we have had many, many compliments on our website., Inf act, many sellers have found us or based their decision to list with us on the quality and ease-of-use of our site.

We started off with branding, which involved coming up with a new color scheme and look and feel for my project. After that, foleo Inc. created business cards, envelopes, letterhead, kit folders, and other branding materials. They then started designing and developing a WordPress website and compiling all of its content.

I’ve received comments from my clients and colleagues on how visually pleasing and professional the website looks, how interactive it is, and how well it shows off their homes. A lot of people have also asked me for referrals to foleo Inc. because they liked my site so much.

foleo Inc. has been excellent in terms of project management. They're extremely organized and great at keeping me informed of everything that is happening. They deliver exactly when they say they will and foster a productive feedback process.

The end result was much better than anything I had even imagined. It came out beautifully.

Make sure to be very clear about what you like and don't like. Verbalize your vision, but give them the creative freedom to come up with something that you would like.

What was the scope of their involvement?

foleo Inc. provided us with web development and design services that started with a brief oversight of what we wanted to accomplish. They then gave us a breakdown of the tasks we needed to put into action so we can proceed to the project's next phases. 

After that, they went into the development phase and implemented all our feedback into each iteration of the platform. Some of the qualities we wanted to integrate into the website include a section on inclusivity and a page for information materials such as podcasts and books.

Moreover, they provided us with digital content creation, email management, and digital marketing where they created various marketing collateral.

I don’t have any specific metric, but I’ve received a lot of positive feedback and positive words from users about how easy it is to navigate our website and the clarity of each page.

Their project management was a smooth and easy process from start to finish. We finished the project earlier than planned, even with several revisions. Overall, the partnership was straightforward and we received a high level of service that brought value to the product they delivered.

foleo created a fabulous website for us, as well as a logo and overall design for our "look." Foleo guided us in what should be included on such a website designed for schools, K to 12.
