I’m the co-founder of a company that sells and installs air conditioners.

Our previous website wasn’t functioning well, so we hired MeetNick for website development services.

What was the scope of their involvement?

MeetNick has developed our new website from scratch using WordPress. They've also created our account on Google Ads and have helped us with SEO and PPC. Currently, they're doing maintenance and upgrades to the website.

What is the team composition?

The founder was my only point of contact at MeetNick.

How did you come to work with MeetNick?

I found them through a referral. MeetNick had developed websites and done SEO for people I knew. 

How much have you invested with them?

We've spent roughly $500.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in March 2022, and the engagement is ongoing. 

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We're happy with MeetNick's work. Thanks to the new website, our sales have increased by about 20%—50%. Additionally, the team has understood what we want and has made it even better.

How did MeetNick perform from a project management standpoint?

They deliver on time and stay within the budget. The team provides us with progress reports and walks us through them. Our communication is typically through emails and Messenger, and we also have monthly meetings.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I'm impressed with how quickly MeetNick works and their good attitude.

For what projects/services did your company hire MeetNick, and what were your goals?

We had a problematic client, who wasn't satisfied with our execution. We added MeetNick to the project and have been reaching milestones and finishing up the project thanks to his help.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I had already worked with him on several projects and the tools we were using for this project were in his area of expertise

We had an onboarding meeting and a weekly meeting during the project. We were having different deliverables each week, using Oxygen + WordPress

We worked with Nikola directly as the primary front-end developer for the project.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We still haven't launched the website, but MeetNick's work is finished and is up to standards.

We had no communication problems, no problems regarding his responsibility in the project, and delivering his expected results and deliverables on time.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They provided us with a professional service on time without messing up what was already done, although we onboarded them in the middle of the project, without much documentation.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Not really, as far as the project and deliverables go, we have no complaints.
