I’m the marketing and communications director at Propulsion Quebec, a smart transportation company. We represent over 215 organizations here in Quebec that develop electric vehicles.
What challenge were you trying to address with Momentumm Digital?
We needed help with a special project to sustain the workforce needed to grow our industry in Quebec. Momentumm Digital is developing a new website to highlight our sector and all the carrier opportunities in it.
What was the scope of their involvement?
The website is being built from scratch using WordPress. We wanted to be able to showcase a number of job offers on the site, so Momentumm set up different categories of information. There are also articles and innovative solutions, making the site both informative and useful for people who are looking for a new job.
Momentumm also works with us on a paid ads campaign, social media marketing, and Google Ads. They’re also shooting a couple of videos for us. Finally, Momentumm helped us with a special section on the site regarding an event we’re going to have this March. The website has a registration area with the necessary forms. Momentumm also did the branding and logo design for the project.

My main point of contact is one of the founders.
How did you come to work with Momentumm Digital?
Since we’re a public organization, we have to solicit proposals when we start new projects. We chose Momentumm Digital because we liked their approach, and they were really patient. Their team and technical tools matched what we were looking for.
How much have you invested with them?
We’ve spent around $50,000–$100,000 CAD (approximately $39,600–$79,100 USD).
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working together in November 2020.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
We set KPIs for both of the campaigns, as well as the number of visitors on the website and registrants on the event platform. I have a team working with me, and we also have members and partners of the project who give us feedback.
How did Momentumm Digital perform from a project management standpoint?
We do Zoom meetings for one hour every week, and we also use email and Slack. They provided us a special KPI platform where I can see all the results and analyze them. Communication has been great; we have specific meetings to talk about different topics whenever necessary.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Their creative and reactive team delivers what they promise. There were a couple of propositions they made for the branding and the website, and with our feedback, they were able to propose new things.
Are there any areas they could improve?
The collaboration has been great. I don’t have anything that comes to mind.

I’m the owner of Black & Blond Pub Santé, an online delivery service for gluten- and nut-free meals. We go door-to-door throughout all of Quebec.
What challenge were you trying to address with Momentumm Digital?
I wanted to switch over from my former agency because I wasn’t seeing the right results. That’s when I came across Momentumm Digital. They’ve helped in the form of PPC advertising and Shopify support.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Momentumm Digital manages our PPC advertising for our Facebook and Instagram accounts. They also support our Shopify site, handling anything that we’re not able to do in-house. That might include adding new products, troubleshooting, and implementing existing web apps to access additional functions not available in Shopify.
For example, we had a problem with providing user-friendly discount services, so we needed to find a workaround. Momentumm Digital excavated and integrated web apps to solve that issue. Other apps allowed us to schedule publishing and more.

How did you come to work with Momentumm Digital?
I was looking for an agency that had expertise in both advertising and Shopify. It’s hard to find a great service provider that does both. There are so many companies out there that claim to be experts but are just improvising. They don’t know how the data works and can’t produce the results you’re looking for.
But, Momentumm Digital was different. They had a platform where I could check out the live stats on my Facebook campaigns, and I liked that they were really big on data. Diving into the numbers allowed them to educate their customers (in this case, me) on what was working, what wasn’t, and how it all fit together.

I’ve spent $5,000–$6,000 CAD (approximately $3,800–$4,600 USD) so far.
What is the status of this engagement?
Our engagement started in August 2020 and is ongoing.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
It’s a great collaboration. Direct sales from social media are up, and they communicate openly with us about everything.
Instead of going over a monthly report full of things that I don’t necessarily understand, Momentumm Digital has weekly calls to go over our live stats. There, I can see how much money we’re spending, check on our return on ad spend (ROAS), and more.
How did Momentumm Digital perform from a project management standpoint?
Their team keeps us on track and meets all deadlines. The only time they’re not on schedule when I’m not ready with something, but they’ll let me know ahead of time. In terms of communication, we use email and video calls. They're easy to reach and give clear, simple answers.
What did you find most impressive about them?
They do what they say they will. I don’t know how they manage—it’s like they’re magicians. I’ve referred them to some of my clients to coach on social media because they have such in-depth knowledge in their field.
Are there any areas they could improve?
A project management tool could be useful, but they might not be using one with me based on the scale of the work.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Do your best to really understand your dashboard so that you can make the most of it. If you don’t understand something, don’t hesitate to ask what it means. By having all of that data, you can better focus your goals around your metrics.

I’m one of the owners of The Floor Box. We sell flooring, such as laminate, vinyl, or rugs, and flooring accessories online. In addition to consumers, we also sell to builders and designers.
What challenge were you trying to address with Momentumm Digital?
Momentumm Digital is in charge of our paid media campaigns, including Google Ads, Google Shopping, and Facebook. Our goal was to generate sales and improve customer acquisition.
What was the scope of their involvement?
We have several thousand products, so they had to manage many different PPC campaigns with different parameters depending on the products’ category and collection. They established these campaigns, also focusing on our audience’s location.
Now that the campaigns have been launched, they’re helping us optimize our campaign by making adjustments to refine our target audience. As we go, we adjust our budget and target keywords. We have monthly reviews and they propose solutions and changes then.

We’re a startup, so we’re very fast and agile, and we needed a partner who could keep up with our pace. So far, they have been able to keep up with us. Overall, we’re really satisfied with how they handle our requests. They’re always available for a call when needed.

They understand our business at a high-level. A lot of agencies have mastered the technical aspects, but they don’t understand our business strategy. Momentumm Digital, on the other hand, is able to translate our business model into our campaign.

I’m the Marketing Manager for a company called NPI Technology Management. We are a managed IT services provider based in Burlington, Vermont and have been in business for over 30 years.

We had a new website made last year but hadn’t done any SEO with it, so we needed a partner to work specifically on internal SEO for the site.
What was the scope of their involvement?
They are exclusively handling our internal SEO through page organization, keyword targeting in our existing content, and new content creation.

Anthony ran a webinar through a peer group that we’re involved in, and I was really impressed with his approach. At the beginning of the engagement, we sat down to determine the keywords we wanted to start ranking for and wrote down our online position for each of those keywords. I just checked our new rankings, and of the seven terms we targeted, we are now on the first page of results for all but one.

Anthony is an absolute delight to work with. He is very easy going, easy to talk to, and responsive to our requests. From the beginning of the project, he outlined what we would be doing each month and set deadlines for each of those steps. We communicate monthly on the phone and more frequently via email about our progress towards our goals.
What did you find most impressive about them?
He goes above and beyond and has offering advice that has been really helpful. He’s willing to look at our SEO needs in a more holistic way, which we really appreciate. Our project has benefitted from his understanding of the MSP business. Anthony knows the terms that people search for and employs that in his work.

I don’t have a ton of experience with them to draw from, but in our work since June, I haven’t experienced anything that I would consider a shortcoming.

The best advice I would give is to have a clear idea in your mind of what terms you want to rank for. It is a very collaborative process, so the better ideas you have, the more effectively you’re going to be able to collaborate.

The videos needed to describe the services we offer and the mission of the solution. The guys spent time understanding our business, then took our proposed script to their team to fine tune. Days later, they presented a high level look and feel for us to discuss and finally approve the direction. Within a very short period of time, maybe 3 weeks, they had a rough cut that was excellent. Within two revisions the following week, we had a final product.
What was your vendors' project management or feedback process?
They spent a lot of time to understand our business, discuss the vision and made sure we were all on the same page before going into production. As a result, they produced a near perfect video that had very minor changes to be made.

Momentumm Digital Inc. does quite a bit for us. They helped us upgrade our website to be more digital; it was outdated, and some of the SEO functions didn’t work. They did a lot of work on the site to make it more modern and work better so that we can get more customers.
They also provide content, including blogs, for our website. The team helps us with our six annual campaigns. They help us with everything, from creating the presentations to doing the webinars for us.

In terms of results, we turned on the service on a Monday and had a potential customer call us and say " I did a search on Friday, and didn't see you there. But I do see you here on Monday". That prospect eventually became a customer, and we all thought it was a really good start. Literally the day we turned it on, we got attention from a brand-new customer, which is pretty rare.

They’re excellent. We did face-to-face teleconferencing, in conjunction with sharing documents.
While we were ramping up, we were in contact very frequently. Now, we typically touch base once a month now that everything's in place.

Their understanding of the digital solutions that are available was great. I felt they were at the forefront, which allowed me to be at the forefront. I also liked their follow-up. They were actively monitoring the success of the marketing we had put into place.
Are there any areas they could improve?
No, I can't think of anything. When I need them, I can call or email them, and it may not even be related to the work they're doing for me, but they allow me to use them as a sounding board. Overall, they've been very accommodating.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
My advice is to be open and honest with what you're looking to do and invest in. Google Ads is an expensive business to be in and making sure you get the best bang for your buck. In my opinion, it pays off. In baseball terms, we've got a bunch of doubles and singles, but haven't quite gotten the home runs yet, but we're swinging. I've been able to put my faith in them that they would do a good job and they have.

The frequency of our calls depends on what we’re working on. For instance, if we’re focusing on social media, we only need to talk about once a week, but if we’re working on a video or an event, we’ll have between 5–10 calls per week.
They’ve turned things around pretty fast, especially our website. If I asked them to make a change, like alter an icon or something, they got it done by the next day. I really appreciate the speed of their execution.
