I am the marketing manager for ERoofing. I make sure that our marketing is spent correctly and aid in expansion of the company. My role is also to ensure the site is functioning and usability is top-notch for the consumer.

We hired tagDiv to implement custom features on our theme which was originally developed by them. Our main goal was to make sure our site was quick but most importantly easy to understand and use by our typicaly customer base who tend to be over the age of 30.

We worked with various web design agencies over the years but we found that tagDiv offering customisation services on a theme they they developed swayed our decision in choosing them. Let's be honest, they know the theme like back of their hand.

The key parts of the project were to implement small features such as read more buttons, fixing functionality of third party themes and helping bring the whole usability of the site together.

The team that we worked with included a small but super helpful team, as they didn't just take on the work but also consulted us and aided us in the right direction. This made financial sense and made us trust their process.

There isn't a specific ROI at the moment that can prove that the work has impacted sale except the overall conversion rate which has improved since.

They are swift in their communication style and keep it to email which helps keep track of everything. I also like that they don't waste time with hour-long calls on Zoom that go nowhere (an experience we've had before with other agencies)

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their work rate is impressive with solid costing that makes sense. You don't pay for nothing and the results are clear. They also ensure to fix or alter any changes after the changes were delivered to our site.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Overall, it was excellent in service. Maybe a platform to track previous projects with upcoming projects? This would help us in future work to make it faster and also the ability to run multiple projects with them at once.

What challenge were you trying to address with tagDiv?

I have a news platform in the automotive industry, and I wanted to make it look better and load faster to provide a better experience for visitors. Our automotive news platform is a WordPress-based site. However, its theme was obsolete and didn’t comply with certain requirements on the server.

What was the scope of their involvement?

 tagDiv came in and helped us make several adjustments to our WordPress-based platform, including security updates and changes to its content to ensure it was displayed correctly.

I was in touch with Alina (Digital Marketing Strategist) and a programmer, to whom I explained what I needed to do.

How did you come to work with tagDiv?

I was browsing WordPress themes to replace the one that I had on my site, and I found out about tagDiv. I saw that they were based in Romania like me, so I called them and told them what I needed. They acknowledged everything and said they would be able to provide me with the services I was looking for.

I spent around $500.

What is the status of this engagement?

I worked with them in the spring of 2022, and the project was completed within two weeks — it was very fast.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Thanks to tagDiv, my website is now fast and easy to navigate, and its UX is very good. Moreover, the feedback I’ve gotten has been very positive; people have said that my site looks fantastic.

How did tagDiv perform from a project management standpoint?

tagDiv managed to make the adjustments my site needed very fast and very well. Additionally, the price was very reasonable, and I ended up paying less than I was expecting. We used email for communication.

tagDiv is very client-oriented, fast, and reliable. Additionally, their team was very smart. Once I made myself clear on what I needed, they did it perfectly.

No. Although not everyone is perfect, I never felt they missed something.

Be clear with your requirements, and you will get the results you expect. As long as you know what you want and know how to explain it precisely, there will be no issues in getting that from tagDiv.
