We wanted to do a scratch build of our website. We wanted a website that was truly world-class and showed the world about our programs and our impact. In the span of 4 months, tagDiv helped us with the design and development of a brand-new website.

We were able to get a brand new website up (taking no existing pages or content from our previous website) in ~3 months. This website includes custom coding and interacting aspects like a map and timeline. They made our dream website a reality.

No, tagDiv was an exceptional partner and our company has used them for multiple projects, and I know we will go back to them!

Once the project was completed, tagDiv continued to offer maintenance support for us. This involved making subtle tweaks or small changes after implementing the changes into the site.

They implemented Google Analytics for us, but we haven't had a chance to look at it or analyze it just yet. However, I was impressed with how quickly tagDiv was able to implement everything that we asked them to and how quickly they were able to complete the project.

tagDiv was excellent in terms of project management. They responded to all of our emails and questions within a day and were able to provide us with top-notch support in a timely manner.

The website was outdated, as it was created over 15 years ago. Its architecture and functionalities were poor and so was the design, so we wanted a totally new face of it, with new features and more friendly and modern look.

Because of improved traffic rates, we need to to move to a new server, and migrate customisations to the latest version of both wordpress and the newspaper theme. Tagdiv did much faster and more efficiently than I could and the end result is fantastic.

TagDiv are expert in their field and I have successfully used them before.

They created a backup for the theme settings. This creates the possibility to return to the previously used settings. They updated the Newspaper theme to the latest version 10.3.6.

 You can find the advantages for the 10.3 version here and the changelogs for all updates here. They updated the native plugins for the Newspaper Theme: tagDiv Composer, tagDiv Cloud Library, tagDiv Social Counter and tagDiv Standard Pack.

They added the auto-ads script in the Analytics Section from the Theme panel. They made sure that everything runs smoothly.

I´m the owner and webmaster of a Swedish tech site; VPNBasen.se. The site mainly consists of privacy and copyright related news articles, but also software comparisons of all kinds.

Before the project started, I had a simple, but functional website. However, a major overhaul was needed, so I made a list of requirements which were fully implemented by the Tagdiv team.

What were your goals for this project?

The main goal was to make the site more visually appealing, and it worked. The site traffic increased, in part because it looks more professional well thought out.

How did you select this vendor?

I reached out to some friends of mine who works with web development, but since they weren´t familiar with the theme, the project would be time consuming and probably expensive. I thought to myself, hey; Tagdiv developed the theme, they should know it in and out, so I chose them instead.

The project started when I sent over the first requests to a Tagdiv web developer. After that, he said that all of my requirements would be met, and asked for a down payment of half of the project cost. I gladly payed and the project started a few days after that. Everything was changed, the font, the links, the footer, the header and more. The project took four hours, and I got an email every hour to make sure a was satisfied with the changes.

What was the team composition?

Since this was a small to medium sized project, I had contact with one web developer. I worked great, and I wouldn’t have it any other way.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The traffic increased with approximately 35 percent within two months. I was also contacted by readers, who liked the new design.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The web developer sent regular status updates, which I responded to. And he also didn´t complain when I made new requests in the middle of the project.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

They have great knowledge of the Tagdiv theme, and in a way they should, since they developed the theme. The web developer I worked with also had more advanced knowledge about WordPress, since he helped me shut off an advanced WordPress-function that bothered me. The Tagdiv team were always respectful and didn´t give up even though I sometimes had a hard time describing what I wanted.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Web development services are complicated, since it´s not always apparent what the customer wants. If you’re new to web development, its extremely difficult to set proper requirements. However, The Tagdiv team pushed me towards the right direction. They could have made more improvement suggestions that were relevant to my site, but all in all, I´m extremely satisfied.

For the last couple of years, we have been using one of tagDiv’s templates. It’s super clean, beautifully designed, and works quite well for our magazine.

We started working together in December 2017, and we’re still using their template.

We are happy with the results. The site behaves much faster than it did before. I like tagDiv’s service and would go back to them. They did an excellent job.

We worked with various web design agencies over the years but we found that tagDiv offering customisation services on a theme they they developed swayed our decision in choosing them. Let's be honest, they know the theme like back of their hand.

The key parts of the project were to implement small features such as read more buttons, fixing functionality of third party themes and helping bring the whole usability of the site together.

The team that we worked with included a small but super helpful team, as they didn't just take on the work but also consulted us and aided us in the right direction. This made financial sense and made us trust their process.

There isn't a specific ROI at the moment that can prove that the work has impacted sale except the overall conversion rate which has improved since.

They are swift in their communication style and keep it to email which helps keep track of everything. I also like that they don't waste time with hour-long calls on Zoom that go nowhere (an experience we've had before with other agencies)

Their work rate is impressive with solid costing that makes sense. You don't pay for nothing and the results are clear. They also ensure to fix or alter any changes after the changes were delivered to our site.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Overall, it was excellent in service. Maybe a platform to track previous projects with upcoming projects? This would help us in future work to make it faster and also the ability to run multiple projects with them at once.

 tagDiv came in and helped us make several adjustments to our WordPress-based platform, including security updates and changes to its content to ensure it was displayed correctly.

Thanks to tagDiv, my website is now fast and easy to navigate, and its UX is very good. Moreover, the feedback I’ve gotten has been very positive; people have said that my site looks fantastic.

tagDiv managed to make the adjustments my site needed very fast and very well. Additionally, the price was very reasonable, and I ended up paying less than I was expecting. We used email for communication.

tagDiv is very client-oriented, fast, and reliable. Additionally, their team was very smart. Once I made myself clear on what I needed, they did it perfectly.

No. Although not everyone is perfect, I never felt they missed something.

Be clear with your requirements, and you will get the results you expect. As long as you know what you want and know how to explain it precisely, there will be no issues in getting that from tagDiv.
