While the designers were largely autonomous and proactive, having a PM ensured smooth project management. For all vendors and individuals we collaborate with, top-tier skills are a prerequisite, but proactivity is what truly sets great talent apart. The design team we ultimately chose at Arounda not only possessed the technical expertise to meet our requirements and the autonomy to execute with detailed design specs, but they consistently went above and beyond. They proactively brought forward improved suggestions, enhanced UI/UX flows, and thoughtful feature recommendations that strengthened our platform’s design system, making it more cohesive and elevating the overall user experience.
