1. I was able to add new content to the website after the long break. 
2. The website got additional value for users thanks to new types of content and its presentation. 
3. I got more traffic to the website because it became relevant again.

It was all in time. Embacy cares about clients and helps to solve unexpected problems and questions — they definitely arise in any digital project. They're both creative and systematic, which is a gift.

At the outset of our project, we were in the early stages of development. Our measurements were largely rooted in our initial experiences and various trials we conducted. However, the concept, as proposed by Embacy and Denis, aligned accurately with our vision and was executed successfully.

We are launching an innovative site and needed a team that could meet our modern criteria. The Embacy team seemed to fit our needs.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

The good feedback from other clients seemed to be in line with what we were looking for. After a few discussions with the project manager (free of charge), I felt that he understood our needs and his listening skills made the difference.

We briefed the team for several weeks before starting to work in the concrete. We quickly noticed that their work was high quality and met our expectations.. Each week, we worked on specific points, then reviewed the changes, validated the steps together and moved on.

I worked with a handful of people, including a contact person who was in charge of really understanding our needs, and a few other more technical people who were there regularly.
