Visions Design delivered a full rebrand and website build for our transition from a franchise to an independent clinic, The Dawn Practice. They created our visual identity and brand guidelines, then designed and developed a fully responsive WordPress website with clear navigation, SEO optimisation, and service-based content. The project included sitemap and wireframes, three design rounds in Figma, content writing support, CMS setup, and team training. Visions now handle our hosting, security, and ongoing maintenance. The result is a truly cohesive package combining branding and website services perfectly alined with our values and clinical approach.

The project delivered exactly what we needed to launch confidently our new name and branding as an independent practice - and for this we are really grateful to Visions. They truly delivered. 

The new website design has been praised by both clients and clinicians for its clarity, calm feel, and professional appearance. The branding theme captures our ethos perfectly and gives us a consistent, recognisable identity across all materials.

The site performs smoothly on all devices, and the content structure makes it easy for clients to find key information and contact us.

It's early to measure search results, but no doubt the project has already made a tangible difference in how our service presents itself to the public.

What impressed us most was that Visions Design genuinely delivered everything they promised in their proposal - and often exceeded it.

Based on our experience, it’s common for agencies to produce great proposals for your company that don’t fully translate into reality - but in this case, the quality, creativity, and attention to detail matched exactly what was outlined from the start.

Every stage, from branding to design and development, lived up to their commitment. Their reliability and consistency built real trust and made the project go exactly as planned - no surprises.

Honestly, we were very happy with the entire process and outcome. The project ran smoothly from start to finish, communication was excellent, and everything was delivered on time.

SOW included understanding our culture and community, our services and apperance. Based off that initial assesment, Visions asked for some external logos we liked and used all these components to design a logo that we feel like represented us.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Each week, we reviewed a Figma board over a Google Meet call and then we left them feedback a few days after the initial viewing. During our next meeting, they would presnet new or altered desgined based off our feedback. A measureable factor of sucess was the amount of rounds done (only 4-5) and the amount of designed per round (5-6).

They were very well managed, timely and respectful. With the geographic barrier, they willingly stayed late to meet with us, which was very nice. They allowed us to take time and extra time to review their designs and think on it - but we also needed time to deal with company setbacks as well. They welcomly reminded us to provide feedback, and had a great creative process.

The people and the process! I love how simply they laid out the design ideas; it was the perfect amount. There wasn't a ton of logo designs so that it was overwhelming, but there were more than enough options for consideration.

Overall, we were very satisfied with Vision’s work, but there are always areas for improvement. One area that could be enhanced is their Figma board and website prototype ideas, as we occasionally experienced glitches while viewing them.

Additionally, while the Webflow implementation was excellent, providing a bit more training or documentation on managing the platform independently post-launch would have been helpful for us to make quicker updates without needing their support.

These are minor points in an otherwise great experience, and overall, their work exceeded our expectations.

Prior to this the team helped us to review our overall brand strategy, and this enabled us to clearly define that we needed to take a brand first approach. This then enabled the development of the image, and influenced the development of the brand assets and the colour scheme.

There were several key elements. First they really understood our product, and what we are building. There was excellent communication, that resulted in quickly moving from possibilities to potentials to the final design schema. The willingness to engage was very much appreciated and valued. The final step was the management review meeting where everyone agreed that the design was excellent.

The vision was to create a chauffeur website which stood out from the crowd, the vast majority of chauffeur websites are dull to look at and have little to no distinct difference from one to the other. Our website wanted to blend traditional values with a very modern look and feel and at the same time look simplistic and easy to navigate for our clients. We initially set out with a branding and logo strategy which would then mould the web design and development.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The main outcome for myself that demonstrated success was the feeling I had once everything had been done, it was a feeling of pride with how everything looked and that the brief had been nailed! As a person i'm not necessary creative but I feel that I had a vision for how i wanted this business to look and even though at times i'm not the best communicator or can change my direction visions kept the brief on track and in the end nailed it!

I worked closely on this project with Charlie and Dan initially who I sat with to discuss my idea, I felt that they both were happy to listen and at no point did I feel pushed for time or to hurry up which was nice as this was a meeting with no charge. After signing of on the costs and project plan I was contacted by Shelby who was a pleasure to work with nothing was too much trouble and she was always happy to help and quick to respond back to me with an answer to my question.

I worked with Dom on branding who showed me multiple concepts and gave me time to study all angles, he pushed the boundaries on where I thought the company was going with colour pallet and logo design and in the endI went with his wildcard suggestion and im so glad I did, it takes guts to not just show a client what they think they want to see but to show them in their own belief of what will look good and stand out.

To be able to reassure me when I would have a wobble with something and take the time to talk to me. Nothing felt like too much trouble. I am new to web design and branding concepts etc etc and sometimes when given a quote you can think this may look a little expensive but after finishing the process you actually see the amount of time and effort and hours that goes into a project and this is where you can really see the value for money.

This isnt a company that just throws a website together; they're a company that really cares and is passionate across all divisions about what they produce for their clients.
