Project with Women in Exhibitions
Empowering women in the exhibition industry whilst helping to nurture the next generation of female leaders.Women in Exhibitions Network launched in 2018 with the aim of supporting the continued professional development of women working in exhibitions and providing opportunities for them to meet and network. We set out to help them achieve that goal, with a complete overhaul of their website with the powerful CMS that is WordPress. Creating a community, bringing people together, helping women around the world reach their true potential.

CCREEE new website
Caribbean Centre for Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency Centre (or CCREEE for short) is part of the Caribbean Community (CARICOM) and of Global Network of Regional Sustainable Energy Centers (GN-SEC), all institutions with the purpose of promoting energy technologies/solutions for a sustainable future. With an overhaul of their website, we helped them spread their message further.
CCREEE has a plethora of documentation, including brochures, plans, presentations, reports and studies all at the ready for one to read. We made sure that the information flow from them to the readers is uninterrupted, so we constructed a powerful and intuitive system that organizes them and has them ready at the distance of a click.
Ever wondered what the impact of the environment is on solar panels? Well now you can find out, with the dynamic infographic that we created. We developed a dynamic infographic that calculates the way in which photovoltaic panels are affected by different environmental elements.

Project with Associazione Alan Ghitis
The Alan Ghitis Association was founded by the family and friends of Alan in his memory after he lost the battle to skin cancer. His family, his friends, and professionals are now committed to the fight against melanoma cancer. Through communication campaigns, they want to stress the importance of prevention. Through research and innovation, they want to get closer to a cure. And through specific donations and creative ideas, they want to care for patients and their families, making their lives easier in any way we can. We helped them by modernizing their website with new and exciting visuals.

Project with GIST Gaming Istanbul
GL Events, the largest exhibition company of the world which organizes more than 300 exhibits and 4000 events globally, believes that the future is in games. That exact future is represented by Gaming Istanbul, GIST for short.
Getting information to expo attendees has never been easier. Thanks to the powerful CMS that is WordPress, everything was able to be custom made to fit the needs of Gist: from dynamically presenting the schedule to organizing sponsors.
Videogames are based heavily on the visual side of things, so the design of the website has to match. So we came up with a clean, crisp and futuristic look to compliment the look, feel and enhance the content of GIST.
SEO is King. That is why we optimized the website to make it as SEO friendly as possible. Image optimization, SEO metadata, libraries to a minimum, clean and dependable code, all in one place, under WordPress’ roof.
An international convention needs to appeal to an international audience. That’s why we implemented a multi language technology, making sure that the Gaming Istanbul’s message is available in both English and Turkish.

Africa Prize: Royal Academy of Engineering
Royal Academy of Engineering is a charity, A National Academy and A Fellowship which started The Africa Prize for Engineering Innovation, Africa’s biggest prize dedicated to engineering innovation. Delivered in a timely fashion in partnership with AMMP.MEDIA.
Africa Prize awards crucial commercialisation support to ambitious African innovators developing scalable engineering solutions to local challenges, demonstrating the importance of engineering as an enabler of improved quality of life and economic development.
We created a custom livestreaming platform in which the entrepreneurs can shine bright like a diamond. Wanna talk to them? Sure thing! We also created a chatting system which updates in real time, so the interaction between tech enthusiasts flows naturally.
Top to bottom, from scratch up until the finished product, we went ahead and created a custom, state of the art design for the website. All was created to be able to give the spotlight to the projects, entrepreneurs and the mission: to find a project that would lead to a better, more sustainable future.

Project with Royal Aeronautical Society
Royal Aeronautical Society (RAeS) is the oldest aeronautical society in the world, but by no means they’re old fashioned. Especially when we teamed up with them to create a live events section. Delivered in a timely fashion in partnership with AMMP.MEDIA.
Everything is possible with our custom ticketing system. Simple and straight to the point so you can focus on the actual live event.
Live means live, in every aspect of it. So we created a video streaming portal where members can join in on the fun that is space and aeronautics. Not only that, but they can interact with each other and the livestream by way of the online chat.
Exploring space is not fun when you can’t share the experience with others. So we created a registration system for users. The users can create their own network, interact with each other and exchange information.

Online IIoT World Conference website
EMOTIONstudios and IIoT World teamed up and created a customized version of VEEP (our own events platform). With the most complex VEEP yet, we added even more custom solutions and details. Even though the event is over, you can still join the conference over at https://manufacturing2021.iiotday.com/ to see VEEP in action and learn more about manufacturing from experts from all over the world.

Viumi! new website
We teamed up with Viumi! to give them a proper website to start in their online presence, showcasing all the features that make Viumi great.
The fresh new face of Viumi! is the joint effort of Mockus, who came up with the branding, and EMOTIONStudios. The result is a fly website, funky from top to bottom.

BFA Global new website
While BFA uses innovations in data, finance and technology, we helped BFA unleash their online potential through a custom website. We’ve built a complex website and integrated with external API’s and components under the WordPress roof. Yes, WordPress.
With today’s information overload it is easy to build a website that nobody remembers or even understands.
We went through a thorough discovery process, content audit and user experience trials to provide the best user experience.
Designing beautiful websites for Dribble is one thing, adding real life content is another. Alongside Dami Famuyibo – we did both while having all the stakeholders on board.
We used Adobe XD to keep track of the revisions and feedback using also the cool prototyping features to simulate use case scenarios.

Please describe your company and your position there.
I am in charge of communication for the Alan Ghitis Association against melanoma skin cancer, a non-profit based in Switzerland and the US.
For what projects/services did your company hire EMOTIONSTUDIOS?
A first website had been created and lacked features to evolve long-term as well as a modern and dynamic touch. We needed a complete revamp, with an agency we could trust long-term as well. We had quite specific requirements and needed a team that was good technical, had modern design ideas, and with whom we would get along as well in working methods.
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
We chose to work with the team because they were very open and they understood what we needed from the start. They listened, they asked questions when needed, and then they executed almost flawlessly. What we liked most of all were the communication style of the entire team : open, available, quick. We also liked their ideas and the way they perceive webdesign.
Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.
There was a lot of time needed on our end as we had lots of stakeholders to please. The agency was very patient with us as we were sorting out all sorts of internal decisions. We managed to come up with a united voice and gave a brief that was then subject to some discussions with the team. They were clear and we never had a bad suprise in the process. After we agreed on something, they did it, and usually to a high-standard.
How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
I was in touch with 4 people in total if I'm correct. I think their positions must have been CEO, product owner (or project manager?) and possibly designer and developper as well.
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
100 % of our stakeholders are happy, and that was not a given considering all the different backgrounds and approaches.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
Their workflow was very smooth and easy. If there was any problem, the team solved it almost immediately.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
Excellent communication style (this is truly important), and beautiful designs.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
Really not.

Please describe your company and your position there.
Women in Exhibitions Network is a community that strives to help women in the tradeshow industry to raise to the top. I am the founder and owner of this company.
For what projects/services did your company hire EMOTIONSTUDIOS, and what were your goals?
Emotionstudios helped our company by creating a completely new website and advising on our online marketing and visualization of our campaigns.
How did you select EMOTIONSTUDIOS and what were the deciding factors?
Emotionstudios made us an offer we couldn't resist. Next to our website for the Women in Exhibitions Network, the company proactively offered to sponsor the creation of the Wanna Help website. Wanna' Help is raising funds and invests in the talent development of orphans. Such a socially aware company and team like Emotionstudios is hard to find these days.
Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.
Emotionstudios created a WordPress website, a complete payment system for memberships and the Lilifeed feature is amazing where everything you share on LinkedIn automatically gets on the homepage as well.
On top of that the team created a complete branding package, helped us develop the logo and worked with us almost day and night to get anything we wanted before the deadlines and in style. Nothing is too much for the team. Such companies differentiate themselves from others due to their impeccable service.
How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
2 people worked with us. A business developer that I could contact through different channels and who was live and online at all times. And with the owner of the company to discuss features, new ideas and implement new functionalities. All very easy to reach and with complete attention for the project. Client is king indeed.
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
Our memberships go very well due to the great campaigns that we designed together and the community doubled in number of new members. Which is amassing and really thanks to their expertise with SEO and creation of website that are completely compatible to that.
Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timelines.
We used Asana for the overall project management. And communication was mainly by email and LinkedIn message and all the communication ways available like Skype, Zoom, Teams etc.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
Their interest in the client and the success that we book with the company. They understood that our success was their success and went beyond boundaries to make sure we booked success. They proactively advise if new technologies come up and they assure the website is at all times up to date. They are the external team that we missed and they feel like our team.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
Hard to think of anything. I am extremely satisfied!
Stakeholders are happy with EMOTIONSTUDIOS' output. They had a smooth and easy workflow that solves problems as soon as they're brought up. They also had an excellent communication style and beautiful designs. Overall, the client found no need for them to improve.
