As a small business, we often handle our own website updates, but we reached a point where the changes we wanted to make were beyond our technical abilities. We needed expert help to add new features and perform upgrades that required coding knowledge and backend expertise, especially after we encountered issues trying to update the site ourselves.

The team also upgraded plugins and PHP to the latest versions, restored the site after a crash, and ensured everything was running smoothly and securely. Moreover, they provided helpful suggestions for future maintenance.

Our first project started in April 2024. The most recent engagement concluded in October 2025, but I would not hesitate to hire them again for future website needs.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

After the first project, my website loaded much faster, especially on pages with many images, which improved the experience for both clients and me. The backend upgrades ensured my site was up to date and more secure. Their suggestions also helped me better understand how to maintain my website, and the improved load speed has made it easier for clients to find my site in search results.

They delivered all work on time and within budget. Communication was efficient, primarily through Upwork, with some follow-up via WhatsApp to accommodate time differences. I appreciated their responsiveness, especially when urgent issues arose, such as restoring my website after a crash.

I was impressed at how quickly Web Design Factory was able to help me. Initially, I was reluctant to hire someone and provide all the login credentials to my site. However, I always felt my website was secure in their hands, and everything went as planned. Their response time was outstanding. When my website crashed, they responded within 20 minutes and had it back up within two hours. Their support and expertise gave me confidence throughout the process, and they were always willing to answer questions even after the contract ended.

Are there any areas they could improve?

The only suggestion I have is for them to expand their presence beyond Upwork, as I initially found them there and was not aware of other platforms where they might be available.

Be clear about your goals, timeline, and budget from the start. Open communication helps them provide a plan that fits your needs, and as a small business, I appreciated their flexibility in working within my budget and breaking the work into manageable phases.
