I’m a department VP at an aviation solutions company. We buy and sell private jets, do transactions, and provide consulting services. Additionally, we provide charter cards, aircraft management, and appraisal services, all within the private jet industry.
What challenge were you trying to address with Clutch Creative Marketing?
We needed someone to produce a marketing video for one of our products.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Clutch Creative Marketing helped us produce the marketing video we needed. Their team was in charge of preparing the video, which included scriptwriting and storyboarding. Then, they shot the video on location at an airport, for which they brought their own equipment.
Finally, Clutch Creative Marketing handled postproduction, including editing and audio mixing. The final video was two minutes long, and it was published on our website. Additionally, we sent it out as a press release.

I needed help putting together a presentation for an annual kick off program. It needed to be a presentation that didn't feel like I was reading off the screen and was engaging to the audience.
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
I'd looked at some of the previous work they had done and really liked the way their designers were able to create graphics that felt like they were part of the time that designed the product we were presenting.

It started with a consultation with one of their account directors to make sure tat we were aligned on what needed to be done and when I could expect the work to be completed. Then they went back to their design team and began work on my request. I was kept in constant contact with my account director and given the opportunity to provide feedback on what I liked and didn't like during each step of the process. When it was done, we met again to make sure I was happy with the work that was completed and to see if it would work for what I was trying to accomplish.
Who did you work with and what was the feedback process like?
I worked with Mandy throughout the entire process. She was very open to my feedback on what I liked and didn't like and worked hard to make sure the design team was able to help me create my vision.
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
I feel it was a resounding success. It's hard to quantify this with numbers like increased sales, but I will say compared to previous years, it seemed like our engagement with our partners was significantly greater and they were asking questions showing they had paid attention.

We mostly worked over Zoom, but I think had we not been in the middle of a pandemic, Clutch would have been very open to face to face meetings.

We appreciated the efforts they made to get to know us as a company and to understand the unique goals we had for this project. They were diligent and collaborative at every turn and willing to operate on our schedule.

We had a series of meetings to understand the specific goals of the project, followed by consistent updates throughout the storyboarding and production phases; typically we would have the most recent version in advance of our weekly meetings so we could review and prepare feedback ahead of time. The team also flew out to conduct a shoot for a separate project, and that was handled with excellent planning and attention to detail, including making sure the shot list was thorough and complete.
Who did you work with and what was the feedback process like?
Mandy was our project manager and key touchpoint throughout the process. She was receptive to all feedback and asked thoughtful questions that helped us voice our intentions more clearly. She was attentive to every email or question and a lot of fun to work with.

Their quick turnaround on the original project for TurnStyle® gave us material we needed to correspond with the relaunch of our own website, always a tricky project for any agency, and gave us excellent sales collateral for virtual seminars that followed. Their work on our brand videos also has given us good assets to use as we ramp up our hiring and recruiting processes.

Beyond their overall professionalism as a company and quality creative, I'd say we were most impressed with the value. We got a great product at a reasonable price on time and on budget.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
Hard to say. As far as deliverables, they were spot on. Always nice to spend more in-person creative discussions, but considering the current social restrictions, they did great.

Ziggurat Products was founded in 2016 with a passion for creating innovating products to make life easier. We believe in innovating, creating, and updating old processes and products that are overdue for an overhaul. We hired Clutch to assist with branding for Ziggurat. This included brochures, video ads, customer facing content, graphic design, and product packaging.
How did you select this vendor?
After doing a lot of market research, we decided on Clutch because we found them to be the best option for branding when it came to price and quality.

To start, they have a kick-off meeting where we go over the contract and expectations that our company has for them. They also ask specific questions about our industry, company, and goals. After that we have weekly meetings where they provide an update, or we go over any items for edits/review as necessary. After final edits are made we are always left surprised at the quality. Clutch really never disappoints, and their creative spins on our ideas are always superb.
How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
I worked directly with their account manager. She relayed all my requests, edits, and ideas to the rest of the team as needed. This made it easier to have a single point of contact.
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
Working with Clutch has really helped revive our brand. From our product packaging to our video ads and thank you cards, Clutch has given us a fresh look that has helped increase our sales. Their creative suggestions added a new way for our customers to be able to access our instructional videos by scanning a QR code, which has been well received by customers.

Clutch scheduled weekly meetings to make sure we had clear communication and expectation on timelines and projects.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
Their creative work definitely surpasses our expectations. I would ask for something as simple as a brochure and Clutch would work their magic and give me a branded brochure that I didn't even think of. Our thank you cards were the same story, I asked for a thank you card to put in our orders and Clutch made a Ziggurat branded thank you card that was designed better and helped create more customer brand recognition with our colors and ziggurat.

No, overall we are thoroughly impressed with Clutch and would use them again in the future.
