When we were in the midst of fixing the hacking issues, Webolutions was contacting us daily to follow-up on the progress and make sure that the fixes they were doing were correct for our business model. We also started having monthly meetings to go over our SEO and PPC efforts so there was complete transparency. Once the website rebuilding got underway, we met at their facility once a week until the site migration started. As they began the migration, we were continually updated at least once a week about the progress and any issues that arose. There was never a time when I felt as though we weren’t being treated as a valued client.
