Implemented updates and utilized many more features that made it more user-friendly and relayed information more easily to our clients. The project entailed a total revamp of our website -- re-design, new copy, new imagery, new interfaces with Google Analytics and our CRM (HubSpot).FreshySites helped us conceptualize a re-design, develop a schedule and then execute the design and plan.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The project was slow to be completed, but that was on us, not FreshySites. We took longer than would have been ideal to get from the beginning to launch, but FreshySites hit every deadline and worked with us at our pace to meet intermittent deadlines. The end result was a very attractive new website that meets the objectives we established for the project at the outset.

FreshySites does a great job managing projects like ours. They develop a budget and production schedule, keep you informed throughout the process by anticipating your information needs, and execute adjustments and changes in a timely and efficient manner. Their online revision platform, Pastel, is easy to use and it allows them to quickly turnaround change requests and adjustments. 

The project manager for our project, Mark, was excellent. We really enjoyed working with him because we found him to be courteous, competent and highly professional. We never once felt like we weren't his top priority and that's saying something given the number of projects he probably manages at any one time. All in all, we had a great experience with FreshySites and would highly recommend them.

Nothing. I only wish we could have pushed the project to completion faster, but as I said earlier, that was on us not FreshySites.

Our website was created a number of years ago and had become outdated. Freshysites helped us work thru the process of design, development and implementation. Our goal was to have an updated site that is easy to use and access information.

We researched website developers and found FreshySites to have the expertise and responsiveness we were looking for. Our project wasn't a huge one, but they treated us as if the project was a Million Dollar one!

We had a kick-off meeting, used guidance documents to walk us thru the steps of development, went through several iterations of design and finally produced a completed website. They continue to provide timely updates as needed.

We had a Senior Project Manager working with us throughout the process. Everyone we worked with - developer, accounts payable, designers were all top notch!!

After launching our site, we received positive feedback that information was easy to find. People find they can obtain the information they need and also communicate and access information quickly.

FreshySites was extremely responsive, often replying within minutes to requests or updates. Updates to the pages are always quickly and efficiently completed.

They are knowledgeable, responsive and treated us with the same courtesy, respect and timeliness that one might expect if we were working with them on a million dollar contract! (Ours was not). Always pleasant, helpful and extremely talented. Senior Project Manager Binh is the best!!

Not a thing! They were top-notch in all categories. We couldn't say enough about them.

We had contracted with another vendor in Los Angeles who deceived us every step of the way including that she outsourced our project to a team abroad which did not speak English natively. Their work was full of errors which does not speak well for an education firm.
