I am the President of a consulting company that works in both Private Equity and Manufacturing Companies to help them improve their manufacturing and assembly operations and equity.

For what projects/services did your company hire CityTech Design, and what were your goals?

We did not have a website, we needed a way to convey to our clients and potential clients what services we do in a dynamic way.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Responsiveness, and the ability to be flexible and work with our business needs.

The team was able to walk me through the process step by step, as they built my website and were patient with me. They were very thoughtful in developing my logo, the flow of the website, even the colors picked were a reflection of my business and it is easy for the customer to get to know me on the web.

3 people: the project manager, lead developer, and QA check leader.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We can share who we are quickly and effectively. I could not be more proud of what City Tech built as my website is it is a true reflection of my business.

While my website was in development, the team was able to walk me through the entire process — they were very patient with me.

I'm the owner of a sales consulting company. We provide turnkey sales strategies and processes for our clients.

For what projects/services did your company hire CityTech Design, and what were your goals?

We hired CityTech to design a new website for our company. We wanted something extremely unique and professional, with an emphasis on design quality.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

CityTech was recommended to us by a colleague. We chose them after interviewing a number of other vendors.

First we met with the CityTech team to discuss high-level goals and vision. Next, we mapped out the new website together and CityTech sent us many examples to look over to help us figure out the exact design style we wanted. From there, as each page was designed, CityTech sent them over for feedback and edits. They were extremely easy to work with throughout this whole process.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

Our main contact was Steve, but we also got to speak with the owner Kosta as well as some of the developers/designers.

Every person who has seen our new website has loved it. We feel the same way, too!

Extremely easy to communicate with, all around. They were good at matching our communication style- when we wanted to speak on a call, they showed up. When we preferred to email or send a skype message, they responded right away.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their vision was incredibly helpful for us. We knew what we wanted to some degree, but we really know nothing about design, web development, etc. So they didn't just tell us what they thought we wanted to hear-- they made suggestions, steered us away from bad decisions and overall acted as a great strategic partner.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

No!

We hired CityTech to redesign our website into a more professional design that would convert better.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I have seen their previous work.

We had a few meetings and CityTech got to work. They would check in often to let us know where they were with the project until it was completed.

There were 2-3 people that stayed in touch with us.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Our website design looked much cleaner and our conversions have increased.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

It was very fluent, no problems at all.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We're impressed by how often they checked in and let us know what was going on.

Not that I can think of.
