Revealize Inc. redesigned and developed our website from scratch using WordPress. Initially, we sent them information about our artists and some imagery. They designed the site, adding many new functionalities. Our previous website was very basic, and Revealize Inc. added categories, links, and sublinks. We used to have a single scrolling page, and Revealize Inc. designed multiple pages. 

After they designed it, we reviewed the site and gave them feedback. Once we were in a place where we liked everything, Revealize Inc. launched the website. The team also provided consultancy on the site’s functionality. 

Additionally, our website wasn’t appearing in searches, so Revealize Inc. did some SEO work on the backend to fix that.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

The quality of Revealize Inc.’s work was great, and they were very responsive and helpful. The website got positive feedback for being easy to use and for its brightness and fun colors. Our clients were very happy with Revealize Inc.’s work; they loved the website. Moreover, site traffic increased a lot. 

How did Revealize Inc. perform from a project management standpoint?

They were either on time or ahead of schedule throughout the project. Any time we had feedback or questions, they were very attentive. We communicated through phone calls and emails. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

I was most impressed with Revealize Inc.’s creativity. We sent them references for different agencies’ websites, and when the team delivered the first draft, it was unlike anything I’d ever seen before and something we would have never thought of. Although I’ve only worked with one other web development company, Revealize Inc. had more capability regarding how far they could push the website. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

There was nothing they needed to improve. 

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Do your research about what you like and dislike. Although Revealize Inc. met all deadlines, we had challenges giving constructive feedback; sometimes, we couldn’t pinpoint what was missing from the website. This wasn’t an issue with Revealize Inc.’s work but with us not knowing what we wanted.

Revealize Inc. has designed and developed our website. Initially, the team led a discovery call; we gave them examples of similar competitors to help them understand what we wanted to accomplish, and they provided us with recommendations for our website. 

The website has a contact page and video capabilities. The team has already built the site’s phase two, which will be implemented next. Phase two includes multiple language interfaces. Revealize Inc. provides us with hosting and maintenance services. Next, the team will provide web marketing services.

I’ve mostly worked with Cole (Founder) and another teammate from Revealize Inc. 

How did you come to work with Revealize Inc.?

I found them through a referral by my son, who also hired Revealize Inc. After seeing what they were building, I talked to my son about his experience, and he was very complimentary about the work Revealize Inc. had done for him.

Revealize Inc. provided us with a bid, as did other companies. Since I liked the other websites Revealize Inc. had built, I went with them.

We’ve spent around $35,000. 

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with them in March 2023, Revealize Inc. finished the website development around May 2023, and the engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

Revealize Inc. has built a better website than I expected within the timeframe they gave. The site has just been launched and had limited exposure. However, we’ve already had really positive feedback; the site is attractive and interactive, enabling more customer interaction. Moreover, we’re getting clickthroughs, queries, and selling trucks, even with the site’s limited release. 

Revealize Inc.’s quality of work is high. Our industry has bigger and more established competitors, and we now have a better website than them. Moreover, thanks to Revealize Inc.’s thoroughness in the frontend, very few changes were necessary during development. 

Moreover, since I’m not tech-savvy, I appreciate that I can spoon-feed my website, see how it works, and make quick changes. 

How did Revealize Inc. perform from a project management standpoint?

They’ve stayed on budget and been right on with the timing. We wanted the site to be up and running in 60 days, and Revealize Inc. met that deadline, even though it was a strenuous schedule. Moreover, the team could have finished the site quicker if not for my being less responsive due to working on other projects. Revealize Inc. reminds me whenever I owe materials for the site. 

Since we need to interface with parties in Africa, we use Trello for some of the project management. Besides that, we mostly communicate through text messages and email and use Google tools to collaborate. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

I'm impressed with how fast Revealize Inc. gets back to me — they have great responsiveness. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

I can’t think of anything I’m dissatisfied with or would ask them to change. 

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Communicate with them and provide them with what they need. Revealize Inc. needs their questions answered, so you should take responsibility for the sharing and development process. The team doesn’t know your business like you do, so don’t leave it all to them.

We needed to update our website to get more web traffic and reflect our brand personality.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Revealize Inc. designed and developed our company’s website from scratch. They walked me through every step of the process. During the discovery phase, I sent Revealize Inc. design references to show the style I wanted for the site. Then, Revealize Inc. sent back design proposals, and we went back and forth to define the final design. 

Our website’s main objective was to build trust and generate leads. Revealize Inc. set up a lead magnet with a call to action for users to download our product. The site also had a contact page where users could submit their information and a blog page where I could post content. 

I asked Revealize Inc. to follow my brand’s color schemes for the website's design. I also asked for custom graphics that didn’t look like stock images, and Revealize Inc. designed the site using InVision.  

We went back and forward about creating a custom site or using a WordPress template. We decided to build the site on WordPress because I asked Revealize Inc. to be able to edit and make changes to the site.

I ran a Facebook group and met Cole through that group. We chatted for a few months, and Cole mentioned his company worked on website design. I chose Revealize Inc. because of their strong communication skills, which is an important aspect for me when I work with a company.

I was amazed by how quickly Revealize Inc. sent their design proposals. Revealize Inc.’s work quality was excellent, and the website’s design looked fantastic — it matched our brand’s identity, as we requested. 

Moreover, we have received a significant amount of contact forms since we launched the site. Although we weren’t taking new clients at the moment, we noticed an increase in our submitted forms. 

How did Revealize Inc. perform from a project management standpoint?

Revealize Inc.’s project management and communication were excellent. They met deadlines and pushed me because I was the one that caused the site’s launching delay. Revealize Inc. was ahead of me and good at providing follow-up. We used Basecamp for project management and communicated through email and phone calls. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

I was most impressed by Revealize Inc.’s persistence in communication and follow-ups. Their design quality was impressive, specifically when it came to UX. Revealize Inc.’s speed impressed me too. I hadn’t worked with a design and development company that could deliver work so quickly. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

Revealize Inc. could improve their feedback process. We used email and Google Drive to discuss changes I wanted to make on the website, and I believe there could be a better process to receive updates and address issues. However, we eventually figured that out, and it worked.

If you have a software company that needs web design, I really recommend working with Revealize Inc. because they’re the fastest company I’ve worked with.

The app has been downloaded over 17,000 times and has continuously received positive feedback, so I was pleased with the partnership and results. We’re particularly proud of how the communication and live chat feature turned out, which is one of the most significant aspects of the project.

We manufacture custom window treatments and bedding for the hospitality and healthcare industries, and I’m the marketing manager.

What challenge were you trying to address with Revealize Inc.?

Our previous website was dated in terms of design and content because it was not easily editable. Whenever we needed to implement changes to it, we needed to go through our previous developer. We needed a company that could develop a rebranded website with customizable pages and lead generation capabilities.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Revealize Inc. is building a new WordPress website for us using React. We’ve provided them with the content and the wireframes through Adobe XD, and they’re responsible for handling the site’s design and development. The site has features such as check-out functionality, a customer portal, an ERP system, and a 3D configurator. 

Aside from that, Revealize Inc. is in charge of integrating the site with other vendors. They’ve also developed brand guidelines and did some brand styling work for us. The project is currently 85% completed. We still have two more modules to complete because of the delays on our end.

We’ve primarily worked with Cole and Ken (Creative Director).

How did you come to work with Revealize Inc.?

I found Revealize Inc. through Clutch in 2020. We actually went with another vendor because we didn’t have a bigger budget. But Cole (Founder) left a good impression on me, so when I joined my current company, I asked them again for a quote. Their quote was the most thorough and reasonable among all the other vendors we reached out to, so we went with them for this specific project.

We started working together in September 2022, and the project is ongoing.

The site has only been up and running for a month, and we haven’t begun our marketing efforts yet. We have gotten a couple more inquiries than the previous site. We’ve also received positive feedback on the site’s design and ease of navigation.

Revealize Inc. has performed well in terms of project management. They communicate clearly and provide weekly updates. We typically communicate through Google Meet, email, and phone calls.

What did you find most impressive about them?

We are designers too, so we have strong opinions on what we want and can be very picky about details. Revealize Inc. has been incredibly accommodating of our feedback and requests, and we’ve never heard them complain. If they thought our edit was unnecessary, they would tell us why. They also had a lot of input in the design and collaborated with what we had.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I have nothing negative to say. They could provide more options for UI animations. I remember the reason I picked them was because their website had delightful UI micro animations. Looking back, though, we kind of forgot to focus on that. But overall, they're great.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Make sure to provide timely feedback because the Revealize Inc. team works fast. It’s a good idea to lay everything out, ask all your questions, and tell them all your expectations at the beginning of the project so there are no surprises.

The new website has more features and customization than we had before, and it integrates plug-ins into a variety of tools that we use for e-commerce and our CRM. We measure success based on the conversion rate on our website and how many people call and submit their information. We’ve had about a 30% increase in conversions since getting started despite being in the infancy stage of our organic search marketing. The new automation of the website also saves us time because it's seamless; we save up to two hours a day. 

We think the site looks great, and it gives us a chance to make our SEO even more effective.

They stayed on budget and within deadlines. We primarily used email, text messages, phone calls, and video calls to communicate. Cole and his team made the process extremely easy and would send updates over text. We used an online document to track progress throughout.

Revealize worked to reduce our website’s load speed. Their team also created several layouts for site pages. We gave them a few ideas, and then their team created several different design options for us. They integrated HubSpot and ActiveCampaign with specific API calls to our WordPress site. They worked in HTML, PHP, and JavaScript.

There was an over 90% reduction in our website’s load speed as a result of Revealize’s work. Their team gave us a whole slew of design and technology deliverables, such as integrations. We verified the deliverables and built additional systems around them.

Their team gave us weekly updates on the project’s status. They were in almost constant communication with us about where tasks stood. If they needed anything or ran into any challenges, their team let us know too.

 We used WordPress and a little more to put the website together. It was an entirely new site with new pictures, new copy,  new everything. They did the front- and backend. It was the whole shebang. I provided pictures of our jobsite and they were able to edit them and get them up online.

They were in touch with us once a week about the changes we wanted to make. We sat on a Zoom call and discussed how the website was coming along. He put up a test server first, so we didn’t have to scrap our website. We could see what we liked and didn’t like, and that made it easy to communicate with them. What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

We’ve been really happy with Revealize Inc.’s work. The website design and the way it functions is fantastic. We’ve been thrilled with Cole's knowledge of how a website like ours in the SaaS space should look and function.

How did Revealize Inc. perform from a project management standpoint?

The team has been monumental in terms of figuring out our timeframes. Cole has been very communicative, and we’ve had a lot of good meetings. He’s been working with our developers using Zoho to manage the project.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I hired a developer to do the website earlier when we started, and the difference between that developer and Revealize Inc. is astounding. This team has done much better work in terms of creating a modern feel, and they’ve done a good job of understanding what we’re actually doing.

They’ve taken the time to maximize the website design for what we’re doing. Revealize Inc. has also been monumental in giving us input on strategy and different marketing elements that we could be working on.

No, not that I can think of. Revealize Inc. has been fantastic.

You shouldn’t put cost above all else, because the deliverables are what set Revealize Inc. apart.
