We recently completed a review of our brand identity, and needed to deploy this new look and feel across our digital touchpoints, as well as re-design our website and emails.

How did you select this vendor?

Came across them on Dribble/Upwork - and found they found a good portfolio and did some good pre-work/feedback on our existing UX/UI before we'd even selected them for the project.

Started with research/competitors, then into wireframing, then detailed UX/UI design. We then collaborated in Figma for continuous feedback/iterations.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Very happy with the output - they've done great work in applying our new style, re-thinking the UX, incorporating custom 3D illustrations, and the site generally looks mature & professional.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Collaborating in Figma was great as it allowed for agile/continuous feedback. And day to day comms were via Slack so very easy to communicate.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They designed great UX/UI and were easy to work with

For our first website for a project, we needed 3D illustrations matching the overall branding and design of the project.

We've contacted them by email, had a first call to define the scope and the actors of the project, then we exchanged back and forth on Slack with both teams til the projects were finished.

All of the team, every single member of them, were very fun and pleasant to work with. They were very listening to our needs and very adaptable.

They were clearly very skilled and passionate about their work. They have a very keen sense of design, I was really impressed at how they could easily make our ideas alive and in our detailed specifications.

Honestly, nothing. And I've thought about it.

Phenomenon worked through an entire rebrand of our software product. This included screens for every single interaction. This was an ongoing project for over a year.

We worked with a project manager and a team of designers. I was also in direct communication with the business founder.

Their documentation and project management via Figma was very thorough. Regular communication via Slack made it easy to stay on the same page about timelines and updates. Furthermore, they helped guide the dev by providing comments as changes were pushed.

It's super easy to communicate with the team at Phenomenon. They're accessible via Slack, email, Notion, or scheduled meetings.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The team at Phenomenon runs a tight ship. Their execution is splendid and their excellent communication keeps everybody aligned.

Phenomenon was phenomenal.

Launching a new product, we wanted to show simplicity and ease with using the product.
