I could send the man an email any hour of the day or night, and Blake or his team would get back to me right away. Further, there was never any question that was too big or too small for Blake. We couldn’t talk to the founders of other companies. Blake, on the other hand, was extremely personable. We never felt that he was removed from us in any way. There wasn’t any alarming major transition since they were so open to us about everything.

Just sheer talent-everything they turned in showed a comprehensive understanding of their client and it was apparent that even little things had been given a tremendous attention to detail. We've had vendors that we struggle to clean up after when their work is done-but I would have no hesitation in recommending them (and am already doing so to other internal areas). We've had poor experiences in the past with vendors in this space, so when we started working with MBLM I wasn't hopeful. But any fears that I had proved unfounded, as the team of consummate professionals at MBLM really nailed the new branding and the site redesign. The end results exceeded my most optimistic expectations.
