When a site goes down or you need help immediately, there is no one to reach out to depending on the time of day since the working hours in the US are almost the exact opposite to theirs in India. This also causes a long delay to simple revisions to projects.

The aim of the project was to create a new software to record the medical history of the Cameroon citizens. There are three types of users in the software i.e.; Doctor, Nurse and Patient. The center of the software is the citizens (Patients) of the Cameroon who can record their medical history in the software so that each time Doctor or Nurse visits Patient’s home, s/he can view the medical history and append it as required. 

Once Patient registers on the medical software, s/he will have to purchase initial checkup service to record his/her medical history on the software. After that, Patient can purchase any Home Health Service Package for Nurse or Doctor and get the benefits through this Electronic Medical Record Software. Additionally, there were a few instances where communication could have been more proactive. For example, there were a few times when we had to initiate contact to get updates on the status of certain features or tasks.

 However, these are relatively minor points, and they did not detract from the overall success of the project. Krishaweb.com demonstrated a high degree of professionalism, technical expertise, and dedication to our needs throughout the project, and we are extremely satisfied with the end product.

KrishaWeb was tasked with developing a new WordPress website for our company. This site will be used to provide information on our products and services, gather leads, and capture the contact information of potential students or customers.

We decided not to use a theme, so KrishaWeb actually coded the WordPress theme from scratch. I provided some of the design work myself since I had very clear ideas about what I wanted. Their team designed six landing pages and one homepage and copied the existing blog section and contact section from our old site.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

One of our main objectives was to have a fast website, and we’ve had excellent results with the mobile and desktop landing page speed tests. On GTmetrix, the website has scored 98%–99%, and it is a double-A standard. When it comes to the Lighthouse tests for the mobile version’s speed, most of the pages also end up in the 90% range.

I think having such a fast website is quite uncommon, and in that regard, KrishaWeb has done a great job. I’m very happy with how the development turned out.

How did KrishaWeb perform from a project management standpoint?

It’s been good. We use Basecamp for project management and communication. Whenever I’m unsatisfied with any part of the work, KrishaWeb immediately meets with me through Google Meet to sort it out.

The project has taken a little longer to finish, but that’s because I have highly specific ideas about what I want and expect everything to be done to a high standard. KrishaWeb always accepts my feedback, and the results have been excellent. They keep working until I’m happy, even if it takes a long time.

When there was an interview that was aired, due to the exposure, KrishaWeb dedicated their time to ensure that the marketing website was live within hours. This show tremendous amount of professionalism and empathetic approach to our company as a whole. This is very rare to find anywhere in the corporate world.

We had two weekly meetings in the morning with the project manager- 8am, to upkeep feedback and progression. Communicate was through basecamp.com which facilitated the design aspect. All other communication was through email.

The only aspect that was missing when the project went live was the team was not displayed in the home page. This was partly our fault as we did not provide them the information that was required.

We've worked with KrishaWeb on multiple projects and have been repeatedly impressed by their speed and willingness to support our agency in web development and design tasks. The client was completely on board when Krisha committed to a timeline of less than 2 weeks for a full website build.

We worked asynchronously with KrishaWeb using tools like Loom to review the design details outlined in the Figma file. Krisha developed the site for us on Wordpress, connected to our new server on WP Engine, and built out the entire site using ACF.

I spoke with the project manager Gunjan daily. If I didn't reach out to him, he would reach out to me with updates or questions. His proactivity helped us stay on track. To begin our project, I worked with the CEO Parth and VP of sales Brad to outline the project's scope.

The rebranding took longer than we wanted, but the client still wanted the site to be live before the end of July. Krisha delivered. Our client did not use their former website, but since the launch, they've made an effort to create valuable content and respect the domain as a sales tool.

We used Basecamp to stay on track, which I loved. There was a time difference in play, so it was important to have actionable steps for KrishaWeb before the EOD and before 9 AM CT.

The end result looks great, but I was most satisfied with the friendliness and care that the team at Krisha provided as they went about their work. When we got to the QA/QC portion of the project, they were incredibly quick and supportive in helping us get to the final product that we could deliver to our client.

It would be nice to understand more about Krisha's workflow in the beginning so that I could have been more communicative with them at the right times of day.

We help put all of the vendors — growers, dispensaries, and manufacturers — in contact with the vendors they need to be successful. We were looking to create something completely new and different from anything anyone had ever seen.

What was the scope of their involvement?

First, we sat down and had a conversation about what we were looking for. We gave KrishaWeb our best description, they gave us examples back, and they went from there. I’m not known for being an artist, but I gave them my best PaintShop logo, and they took it and turned it into something professional and catchy. KrishaWeb not only took my ideas and brought them to fruition, but they also created the entire image that I had in my mind as part of their package.

For the website, they did everything from development and design. Everything was done 100% custom; we didn’t use any predetermined layout because what we wanted didn’t exist. KrishaWeb designed all the pages, but my team and I decided on the content. On the other hand, the branding has been handled mainly by us, and they’ve only helped us professionalize what we wanted to do.

Now, our collaboration has grown, and they’re helping us with additional global marketing as we expand. They’ve taken the majority of our marketing, and we’ll be using Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and Google. Their team is coming out with its idea of an advertising schedule and releases, and they give that to us to review and approve. They manage most of our accounts on our behalf, and they’re also doing our SEO.

Other companies had given me the impression that they didn’t care if we worked with them or not, and that’s not how I would treat a customer. KrishaWeb didn’t talk to us that way.

We started in November 2020, and it’s an ongoing project.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We’ve been live for four days, so there aren’t many metrics. Nonetheless, KrishaWeb’s impact has been phenomenal. We haven’t had any negative feedback, and we’ve passed along their work to more than 120 businesses. Everyone has liked the name, logo, and setup.

How did KrishaWeb perform from a project management standpoint?

They’ve been on top of it. We just went live, so the first phase of our agreement is done. They gave us 60-day product support with one week of 24-hour show-stopper situations. We did have an issue, so we called them, and they immediately answered the phone, although there is a time difference. They got to work without questions, and that’s what I would do as a business owner. Therefore, seeing management have that kind of ownership and control, I thought it was very powerful.

For communication, we have all of our discussions about the website and different phases of the project through Basecamp. Beyond that, we email and have phone calls if it’s needed.

What did you find most impressive about them?

When we first started, they were very eager to work. We could see that they just wanted to do more, and that was appreciated. That was what made us want to work with them, along with pricing, turnaround times, and their ideas about what the project could be.

Other companies only listen and ask when they can start, but KrishaWeb isn’t like that. Instead, they get into the project. Their passion is what sets them apart.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Probably the only thing I’d do would be to give them more people so they could run 24/7. I’d wish they’d be bigger so we could have more access.

Be prepared for the time difference; it’s the only kind of issue whatsoever. KrishaWeb is amazing, but all of my conversations start at 10 p.m.
