Crantia Technologies does an excellent job with project management. They add every task to Excel sheets and send links so we can review them, and they can start working on them after our approval. They also provide monthly reports with the results and communicate with us via phone calls.

We’ve seen an increase in our online visibility and social media reach and engagement, thanks to Crantia Technologies’ work. Our Google ranking also went up.

Crantia Technologies has performed well in terms of project management. They always deliver their work 2–3 days ahead of schedule.

We primarily communicate through phone calls, but we also have weekly meetings through Zoom. We use Google Drive to share documents and spreadsheets to track and share progress reports.

We’re most impressed with Crantia Technologies’ excellent communication. They constantly provide us with updates, and they’re incredibly attentive to our needs and requests.

Crantia has designed and developed a WordPress website for us from scratch. First, I let them know how I wanted it to look, what colors I wanted them to use, and what functionality I needed on it. Then, they came back with a detailed proposal and started working on it after my approval.

Recently, Crantia began helping me with SEO, and I’m also planning to get their services for digital marketing, Google Ads, and social media advertising. Additionally, I have an additional business for which they’ve also provided me with services.

Given that the SEO efforts are recent and we haven’t launched the website yet, we don’t have any results. Still, once the site is completed, it will be easier for us to share it with our audience so that they can see our products and we can get more clients.

From the start, Crantia provided me with timeframes and project details, and so far, everything has been delivered on time. Although they suggested using Jira to manage the project, I told them that I was more familiar with Google Sheets. Thus, we’ve been sharing project details through spreadsheets, and we’ve been using Google Meet as our main channel of communication.

Crantia is very open to creating any type of design, and they keep up to date with current technologies.

No. There isn’t anything I can say that needs to be improved.

Crantia designed and developed a new website from scratch for our firm in WordPress. Their team led several meetings focused on determining our design preferences. We requested that the site represent our services while also displaying previous projects in each region where we work, from the Middle East to Europe. The new design retained our existing logo and color palette, but they added several new web pages.

We were satisfied with Crantia's work because everything was done within our timeline and requirements. We've gotten more leads and connections from the new site. Now that the development is complete, we plan to work with their team on SEO — they're scoping the SEO project now. I was so pleased with Crantia's work that I've recommended their services to my colleagues.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We have seen an improvement in the SERP and we are happy with the outcome of Skizzle's brand new website.

We had weekly updates. They were very prompt in providing all the updates before EOD every week. In case they had any requirements from us, Crantia used to email us or in case of emergency, they had called us.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

What makes us really happy is the prompt response from Crantia to all our queries. Moreover, the welcoming nature to any suggestion from us was mind-blowing. They also offered us 6 months of assistance after the website launch.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

There were some minor corrections and suggestions in the design. When we asked them to recreate the design they were happy to do so.
