I look for 3 things in website development for my website, www.theunorthodoxcoach.com: 1. design; 2. speed / project management / response time; 3. developers' backend work. I thoroughly appreciated the design of orfeostory. i gave them lotsa space for creativity. the aesthetic outcome turned out to be a pleasant surprise to me, thoroughly aligned with my brand position. the project manager was very on the ball when corresponding with me and was very patient with all my asks throughout the project. the senior leader of the project acted very promptly whenever there were challenges to resolve. the developers' work could be better improved. i didnt work directly with them, but the changes that came back to me at times appeared as rush work than with mindful checks before handing over. the timelines of the project can also be better managed to pre-empt steps ahead, and the critical paths of tasks. but overall, it was a pleasant experience with Orfeostory Pte Ltd, and I would happily recommend them to anyone. special thanks to zhiqing, boyang and desmond.

yes, but with a lot of rush work, and also thankfully i was available almost any time they needed my feedback. timelines could indeed be better managed with a lot of planning, pre-emptions of next steps.

We had to update the website quickly with new brand guidelines and messaging, and needed help with that, as well as setting up the maintenance of the website to be scalable and managable by the team. We also had a tight deadline, needed high attention to detail.

We did a basic Google search, asked for recommendations and shortlisted five vendors for presentations. Orfeostory was chosen based on the completeness of the proposal, presentation quality and of cos' competitive pricing.

The website was built from scratch and had plenty of customisation to fit the needs of our organisation and stakeholders. Apart from developing the site architecture, Orfeostory also had to upload over 200 articles and resources ready for the launch.

The project manager was the only point of contact, and we're thankful that we had a great and patient one.

Upon launch, we hit over 20k pageviews in the first week. We received overall positive feedback from our stakeholders and target users.

The project manager makes or breaks the deal. They were certainly a great asset to the company. Orfeostory Pte Ltd was accommodating to our needs and changes.

When presenting the deliverables, more QC should have been done to ensure that they got it right the first time. Stricter deadlines could have been imposed.
