I searched specifically for companies within the West Hollywood area as I value working with local businesses.

When first contacted, I was told that my budget for the project was below the company's minimum budget for projects. I was offered to work with the company through a representative coordinating with a subcontractor who would handle the website design.

I met with Bence, the project coordinator from WFN, and walked through my website design needs on a weekly video call. We continued having weekly video calls with updates on the project status along the way. I provided content that was implemented into the proposed build, which I then approved for launch.

I worked directly with one individual, Bence, a Technical Project Manager. I also met once with Marcell , the CEO of WFN, and shared email communications with him.

The website design met my expectations and implemented all of my input seamlessly.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Communication with the Technical Project Manager was very easy and I was able to provide updates to the project content that were then implemented into the website without issue.

I valued working with a local business and was impressed by their ability to easily coordinate with an international design team.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

It would have been helpful to have an outline of the sections/containers for each page on the website as early as possible so that I could determine what content could be in each specific section/container or if those sections/containers should be removed. However, this is still something easily changed after writing out content for the site, so I valued the team's ability to easily integrate those elements into the site.

We hired WFN at the early stages of the project to help us audit our web app and consult us on how can we scale the product with different features and strategic initiatives.

I got recommended Marcell from a friend and colleague of mine. He already worked with him on a SaaS application that they delivered successfully.

We started with a brand workshop where we evaluated what we have and where we would like to get. They conducted user and stakeholder interviews, defined our user persona clearly. Next , they did a research and created a backlog of product features that could help us better retain and grow our audience. Then we transitioned into creating the user journey and UX/UI. Parallel WFN also worked on our info website that was explaining what the app is about and created an urge to pre signup. Then we transitioned into a very agile, sprint-based development. Their team built the website and the app simultaneously, so we were working with actually two of their internal teams. The outcome was tangible as our conversion and retention rate skyrocketed since we rolled out the new identity and app.

Yes - our conversion rate increased more than 50% on our website, we received another round of funding and ARR grew 230%

The management was agile. We really appreciated how keen they are with not only building a solid app, but jumping in and consulting about growth strategies and how to target our audience. We've been learning a lot from them throughout the process as we continue working together.

As I mentioned above, great team. Agile and efficient workflow, and the strategic direction we received is priceless.

In phase 1, they conducted a thorough research of our existing system and processes. This included a complete analysis of opportunities where we could improve. Based on those facts, they have mapped out a road map in how they were going to deliver the new software. Throughout the process, they were testing different concepts with my team to make sure that we go with the most optimal solution. After everything was lined up, we moved into development and worked with them for a year to build our new patient management software.

I have worked directly with their head of digital, project manager, and business analyst. On our calls there were always at least 2 people attending from their team.

We have received lot of internal compliments from our team. They love using our new system, it saves roughly an hour or two for each user on a daily basis. Wanted for Nothing created an automation process that significantly saved our time so we could focus on our most important thing, which is our patients.

It was solid. We were having at the minimum 3 times 1 hour calls / week. We were moving this very comprehensive project ahead in a timely manner.

Their strategic vision. They were able to uncover our opportunities and delivered the findings into a well-functioning software.

They aren't the cheapest company out there, but I came to realize that the quality of work will speak for itself so I'm very content.

We hired Wanted for Nothing to redesign our customer facing website, as we recently rebranded the company.

What were your goals for this project?

Our primary goal for this project was to redesign the site as a tool to acquire more customers, and the right type of customers. Specifically, we had them help us frame the design around our unique product, and create an extensive resources section.

We found them online.

They designed, developed, and migrated a new website for us. We went through a series of high fidelity wireframes prior to development where we approved the details of each page and added content. From that point, they had the site completely built in Wordpress in 2-3 weeks. It was a very fast, and efficient process with weekly sync up meetings.

What was the team composition?

We originally signed our contract with Marcell, and then we started to work with Alex as our project manager. Alex also had a team of developers that worked on the project who we did not communicate with. Throughout the project, we primarily worked with Alex.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

We just launched this new site about a week ago, so it's hard to say. But we have noticed early indicators of increased CTA conversions. Internally, the rest of the Flock Freight team responded very positively to the site.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

The project management was conducted through email, and it was clear what was being worked on and what we needed to give feedback on. Sometimes project management tools like Asana can get cluttered, so email was easier to work with for this project. We had weekly meetings which was the perfect cadence as well.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Their speed. We got this website done from start to finish in about 2 months, and we are very pleased with the result. It doesn't look rushed at all. They were really good about pushing us to meet deadlines, and they always delivered on time or even early.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Overall, we had an amazing experience with Wanted for Nothing. I would suggest developing the backend of the sites to be more user friendly for non-developers. We eventually got to this point, but we had to give feedback to make the backend easier to use.

Wanted for Nothing has built a healthcare app that connects health-conscious consumers with local practitioners. They started by conducting market research to define my target audience and created user personas and flows. Afterward, the team did a light branding effort and designed my logo. Besides development, the team has also supported my digital marketing strategy, offering advice and producing my marketing campaign assets. I’m currently working with them to implement user-requested features and plan to continue collaborating with them as I scale up.

We wanted a website that could drive quality leads for our business, while also supporting our SEO endeavors through its blogging capabilities. We had one permanent project manager who led the project really well. I also appreciated that Marcell, the CEO, was present on our first call and our PM was happy to invite specialists to our meetings when we had specific questions about UI/UX, design, or backend features.

Our conversion rates not only increased, but we found that clients started to go for higher tier packages which I would attribute to the outstanding UI/UX design of the website.
