They kept us updated on Basecamp through the duration of the project -- in general we knew what to expect, what was done, and what was going to be done the week after. After the website was completed we received many compliments from customers, and can see the increase in sales too. The communication was mainly through Basecamp, but we had several Zoom calls and they included many videos where they went over the progress and updates. There were a couple of times when our team would get too busy and they really worked to accommodate us and make progress on other elements of the project, so that no time is wasted.
