First, we shared our goals and objectives. They then came up with 3 designs of which we picked the one with the best of our Interest. Once we chose our theme, they finalized the design and sent it to us through Invision

We worked with 4 people including a project manager, two designers, and a QA resource during the final phase.

They provided a thoroughly documented design and our developers were able to work with it. We got a newly designed and developed website that upon launching, we got 70% traffic.

Things could always be done faster, but quality is more important than speed and we ended up with a beautiful product.
