We wanted to improve our internet marketing, our restaurant has existed for 20 years. We used to have a website that was already outdated and very unattractive. We were looking for someone who could create a suitable website for us with modern features that are relevant to our industry.

We did some research and searched Google for web design companies. After hours of searching, we found the website of "Aalpha". We liked the site immediately because it was very clear and informative, so we contacted them by email. We felt that if a web design company had a professional and modern website then they would be able to do the same for us that was the deciding factor!

Contacting them was quite easy, it was done by email. After a few hours, I can't say exactly how many, we received a reply from the "Aalpha" team. They asked us about our requirements, which I liked very much. They asked us questions like: What do we want the website to look like, what design do we want, what colours, texts and functions should be included. They really asked about all the details, which I liked a lot because I immediately noticed that they were very familiar with the work and also paid attention to small details. The first step was to fill out the questionnaire and send it back to the "Aalpha" team. A few days later we received an email with some examples and sample designs of our future website, we were allowed to choose which design would suit us, if we didn't like it we could reject everything and they would make new examples, which I liked very much. This was not the case, we immediately found our perfect fitting design and sent our texts to be adapted. Within a week our website was completely ready.

There were 3 employees working on the project. A photo shop designer, a web designer and a content creator.

A measurable result is more online bookings through our website and in general the performance of the "Aalpha" team was very satisfactory and professional for me.

The administrative style was perfectly fine, the communication was very friendly, and the delivery was on time with a one-day delay, but that was also predictable because I had requested some additional adjustments.
