We were aiming to strengthen our presence on Google. However, after the global pandemic hit and we wanted to decrease our ad spend. They were able to help us pivot our focus to Facebook Ads and develop a plan to help us capture more emails. Their team identified the right market for our ads and aimed to lead people to the landing pages they developed.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
We ended up gaining more exposure, capturing more email addresses for our database and elevated our understanding of how we can advertise in different markets to attract different people. I’d like to see more qualified leads, but that’s not to say that they’re not deloping a strong strategy. The global pandemic has greatly affected the travel industry, but they’ve performed well.

Their ability to work with us through changes has been very impressive. When I run into issues, they’re always available to talk. Otherwise, they set up a cadence of meetings that fit our comfort level. They often assisted with needs that were outside of their contract to make sure everything ran efficiently.

We have been using Thriftizer Solutions Agency for a number of years. From the outset they set up a thorough process that set out their understanding of what our objectives and goals were and made it clear to us what would be effective and what would not be. They have consistently yielded us fantastic results and return on investment on our social media advertising spend.
They are exceptionally professional and provide us with regular reports and updates. This transparency makes it easy for us to manage our budgetary spend. They are exceptional at gaining an understanding of any new metrics we devise and they have a proper understanding of what our customers needs are. Over time, our partnership has developed to where they have a keen understanding of our industry and they adapt accordingly when the market changes.
We mainly communicate via WhatsApp which could prove challenging to other businesses, but not in this instance. The communication skills of all of their team are second to none and there is never any ambiguity or misunderstanding. This is vital to our continued success.
Their staff are exceptional and constantly communicate with us and reply to our queries promptly and effectively. The team works non stop to calibrate our advertising campaigns for maximum results.
