We engaged Thriftizer to assist in our entry into email marketing. Being a new ecommerce B2B company, we had a rough idea of how we wanted to start but Praveen with Thriftizer solution were great in working to understand our business/market to advise and prioritize the initial project scope. One Thriftizer built out our 4 core email flows for post-purchase, welcome, browse abandonment and abandoned checkout. Each flow included a set amount of emails but Thriftizer was great at staying fluid and working with us to make sure the timing/filtering worked with our sales and conversion cycles. Very accommodating of revisions and requests.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
In the four email flows we enlisted Thriftizer to build out, we started seeing good performance within 30 days. Being a newer B2B company, we knew that it would likely take longer to get enough customers through our email flows to assess the performance, but within the first 30 days started seeing solid metrics.
After 60 days we had enough data to use the benchmarking feature in Klaviyo to compare to other companies performance and were very pleased. On all important metrics (open rate, placed order rate and revenue per recipient) Thriftizer beat our benchmark rates.
Through the entire process, Praveen and team were always extremely responsive, easy to work with, and felt like they really listened and actioned our feedback. Even after the end of the project, Praveen would check in and help make changes when Shopify would issue an update that impacted functionality.

11/10 on project management, Praveen and is team are completely dialed in. Very quick to respond and never felt like we were behind pace. We enlisted Thriftizer just before Thanksgiving, at one of the busiest times, and they got our first flows up in time for our holiday rush.
We've worked with other agencies before that are extremely rigid on the amount of revisions and Thriftizer could not be more of the opposite. They work upfront to ask the right questions and understand your brand tone so that the revisions are minor and not full re-writes. Very flexible and accommodating on changes and feedback.

Our business blurs the line between B2B and B2C - it's something other agencies and vendors can have a hard time with. Other agencies just want to implement a canned approach and aren't always receptive to feedback or input on strategy/direction.
With Thriftizer we always felt listened to and that they adapted strategy, tone and content around what fits our business best . The customer service and effort into truly working with a brand rather than an assembly line approach is what sets them apart and will make Thriftizer our go-to for email marketing.

Thriftizer checked all the most important boxes for us. There were some typos and formatting issues we ran into along the way, but they were always extremely quick to correct. We were very happy with their services and performance.

In terms of creativity, they do a great job of thinking outside the box. Their work is truly valuable to us.

Their project management is excellent. We typically communicate through phone calls, and they always respond quickly whenever we have a question.
In the beginning, we had weekly calls. Since our strategies are more established now, we only meet biweekly. Additionally, we have quarterly meetings.

That said, working with them has been a great experience. Thriftizer Solutions is very helpful they make an effort to take a good look at our strategy and see how they can best support us.

The lead generation effort has continued to grow steadily since we launched. The primary campaign runs at approximately $45-$50 / lead and we are generating close to 100 leads per month based on our current budget..
