Our business had outgrown our existing website. With rapid recent expansion our published services/solutions no longer aligned with our website - delivering a poor experience for our clients and prospective clients. Our goals for the project were to align our solutions to buyer personas, increase website traffic and drive lead generation.

We searched the local market for a partner who could support the design and development of a next gen webflow site for us. After meeting with several digital agencies, we chose Teko based on their team energy, past projects and proven design experience.

Teko lead a detailed discovery session to understand our business, our target market, and digital ambitions. The design team delivered a high level design and wireframes for our site. Beyond the wireframes, the design team developed bespoke 3D animated images to support our brand messaging.

After a several design iterations, the development team built the site on webflow. The team were highly detailed focused and ensured all elements of the website were perfect for launch.

Nathan was a primary point of contact throughout the process. There were also 2 designers, and 2 developers supporting the project.

We have received a significant amount of praise for the new website design from our clients and wider partner ecosystem. Since launching our traffic is rapidly increasing and leads are now being captured.

We had regular meetings with the Teko team to support the project. Communication was always fast and effective. We used figma for design and MS teams and sharepoint to collaborate between teams.

I looked for reviews on Clutch. I had been conned by The Design Hunks who took my money and disappeared so I was very cautious. After Talking to Nathan, I found very trust worthy and he actually made to take a chance with Teko

After running through several discovery sessions with Nathan, he was able to capture my requirements. He came up with various solutions and designs. This enabled me choose which design was good for me and was also cost effective. He started creating my design on Shopify. He involved me in every stage, from concept, to design, to testing and roll out. Nathan also provided me support required once we rolled out, testing and correcting or coming up with better solutions.

Nathan was my main contact for everything. Nathan managed his team internally which worked for me as dealing with a lot of people concept might be lost.

My store has been running successfully now for over a year with no major issues. I have implemented a lot of suggestions from Nathan. After roll out Nathan helped with any issues I had until I was able to take fully take over

The flow was very effective. I was mainly the contact person. I worked well with Nathan. He was available after hours or over weekends so it was easy to get in touch with him if there was an issue.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The extend of relationship you develop with Teko, it not just business. They went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. Also, there are additions that were done for me without any cost addition. It was my first time creating a store so my budget was limited. Nathan ensured regardless of my budget, my goals were made. Loved working with Nathan, so professional yet so personal.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Expectations. As it was my first time, I depended a lot of Nathan to guide me. I learnt a lot and since then I understand more. There is a lot of planning involved to get a store up and running. Thanks to Nathan help and guidance I have a functional online store

First, we did a quick brainstorming session via a phone call followed by that we then were presented with mock-ups of how the website was going to look. After providing the content and copywriting, we were then able to finalize and confirm the designs before moving into the development phase. Teko also assisted us with the creation of a style guide, which was incorporated into the design of the website.

Thanks to Teko, we now have a nice look and feel across our entire brand both online and offline. Our projects are showcased very clearly and professionally – this has contributed to more discussions from prospects coming in.

The major challenge is to get a good, responsive Webdesign done. Being a design studio we always wanted to make the best websites that are pixel perfect. None of my agencies could provide that until Teko came as a savior to us. The major domain that we work on are financial services, recruitment, eCommerce, Accounting, and Web Portals

Teko consolidated our problems, understood each of them. They successfully made the first pilot project of Webdesign which was exactly how we designed it.  They also took this as an opportunity to improve the site’s efficiency by doing some tweaks that we never asked for. Once we complete the design, we start with the development for our client. That's when TEKO takes it over to deliver the web development. We worked directly with each other, with Nathan being on the front as the director of TEKO on Webdesign and me and Nishant from the design side.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

TEKO met every goal and delivered according to our timeline. Their team built the website keeping in mind all our client requirements. It blows my mind to know that the problem we were facing for so many years on the development side is now solved by this amazing team. Each deliverable was delivered on time which we passed it on to the clients. Overall my clients were really happy with the websites that Nathan and his team built as it significantly increased their revenue.

We have scheduled weekly meetings with the TEKO team, we communicated via phone, skype, and email. They used project tracking systems like JIRA and Asana that outlined the deliverables and timelines. We went over any changes during our weekly meetings.

TEKO knows their stuff and their web designers/ developers are incredibly creative as well as smart. Once the project is started we had minimum involvement in the projects as they are on top of everything and take care of it as their website. Transparency is the key for an organization like TEKO.

I am very happy with their work and I have no complains. I wouldn't have found any better partner than them.

The initial project was scoped by myself and communicated to the team. From there it was reformed many times to get it to the point it was at delivery. We have had similar processes with clients that we refer, an initial scope is made, and reformed with much help and guidance from Teko to ensure all objectives are made.

In our instance, the backend was made customised in-house, we only required design and streamlining services from Teko, of which was extremely easy to communicate requirements and get the job done. This was all resourced through the project lead at Teko.

We have had great success using the internal system, however, we do not record tangible gains with the system as it is not necessary.

We never have any issue with communication, the team at Teko make it a walk in the park to communicate requirements and any changes.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Teko is able to achieve great results in a small time frame. Their prompt delivery made the remainder of the internal process for implementation a breeze; by being ahead of the timeline, we had more time to spend on the internal matters.

More regular updates on the progress of projects are always great, however, like most companies we all get busy, so the amount of communication is understandable and we have just come to understand that the project is still proceeding.
