We had one discovery session to discuss our website requirements and then from there we built out the look and feel of the web pages.

We were assigned a project manager in which he updated us on the status of our project every week.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We previously had no online presence so this was a good start. We are always improving our website performance by on-going services like SEO and update of copywriting/images, etc.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Very effective. We used tools such as Evrybo and Asana to keep track of the progress. Phone calls were also held if needed.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Ability to deliver in a quick timeframe and at an affordable price.

Not really, we are very satisfied with the way Teko work.

As we moved more towards complex technology projects, we reduced our exposure to web design project. Hence we agreed among ourselves and decided to partner with Teko to handle all such projects.

To make a net margin of 25% on each and every project without involving resources from our team by using Teko as our delivery partner.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor?

We knew each other for some time and have done technology projects together. This was a good time to tap in their expertise on a consistent basis and we decided to enter into a more solid arrangement among ourselves.

We subcontracted several Wordpress and Shopify projects on a fixed price to them and had a project coordinator on our side.

What was the team composition?

We mostly interacted with Nathan, who was very prompt in fronting the whole relationship and provide an abstraction from the complexities of his team.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We met our objectives in almost 90% of the projects of making 25% margin.

It was pretty smooth as Nathan himself used to communicate with our team providing single point of contact for us.
