I'm a marketing associate at Luxury Fire, a luxury home design company that focuses on fire-based products. Our products include fireplaces, fire tables, and grills. I work on tasks related to our e-commerce and web development and design. Our company is located in Connecticut, but we ship nationally because many of our clients are across the country.

We were looking to expand the e-commerce portion of our company. We also wanted to rebrand our company, including our name, website, and visual identity

What was the scope of their involvement?

ThrillX first took a look at our website and made some minor tweaks. We then had a separate phase where ThrillX created an entirely new page on our website dedicated to industry professionals, such as interior designers, builders, and architects. ThrillX was responsible for developing and designing that page, and I collaborated with them on the design, and they developed automated portions and functionalities. 

The page included information and videos, and there were different ways for industry professionals to get in contact with us for a consultation about our services. We provided imagery and filming assets for ThrillX to integrate animations and videos into the page to catch the eye of industry professionals. ThrillX used Figma for design.

What is the team composition?

I primarily worked with Arsh (Founder & CEO) and Paula (UI/UX Designer). I worked with Arsh on coordination, ideas, and design, and Paula worked more on tangible developments.

How did you come to work with ThrillX?

Someone who works above me in my company found ThrillX on LinkedIn. He was searching for UI/UX design and web development companies. We chose the team because they offered a free consultation call to see if the project was a good fit for both parties, which let us find out what value ThrillX could bring before making the financial investment.

We spent around $9,500.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked with ThrillX from November 2023–August 2024.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We received very positive feedback from clients on the professional page ThrillX designed. We've used that direct link to attract more clients to our portfolio, specifically ones that might not be in the New England region. In that sense, ThrillX helped us expand our geography. The page also gave us more credibility among the higher-end clientele we were trying to target. 

I imagine we'll work with ThrillX again in the future as our primary web design and development company because we've built a solid relationship with them.

How did ThrillX perform from a project management standpoint?

We communicated with ThrillX via email and Google Meet calls if needed. The team's email responses were great, and our virtual calls were always scheduled and upheld in a timely manner. We exchanged as many as 30 emails a day, and ThrillX didn't have an issue with that. The team didn't charge extra or add work hours. We collaborated with ThrillX through Figma, where we shared ideas, comments, and photos. 

As for the budget, we had many changes throughout the process. We didn't agree to a strict budget or cost estimate, and ThrillX was pretty flexible with what we wanted to add to the website. If we wanted more animations on the site, the cost would go up and vary throughout the project. ThrillX was very communicative about the cost, and we never encountered any gray area.

What did you find most impressive about them?

What really distinguished ThrillX was their willingness to receive feedback. We also liked the team didn't have a standard template. Other competitors we've worked with had a standard process and template of how things should look, and the process was very structured. On the other hand, ThrillX's process was very flowing, which allowed us to feel more creative and collaborative working with them. 

ThrillX was always receptive and provided positive feedback. Although we had worked with other companies previously, ThrillX was more focused on building a relationship.

Are there any areas they could improve?

It was easier for me to come up with ideas for this project because I worked in a creative space. I imagine some of their clients who aren't in a creative field might need a more structured process, or it’s up to the client to figure out what they’re looking for. Providing more standard templates or procedures for those clients could be helpful in the early stages. However, we liked how open the team was; I imagine it could be different for some clients.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

I overcommunicated a lot, and ThrillX was really receptive to that. I suggest communicating frequently with the team because you can benefit from them. ThrillX was willing to go beyond their scope of work to get extra things done. Paula and Arsh are passionate about what they do and find joy in their work. They were flexible and understanding of the creative process.

They wanted to see what added value they could actually bring to the project before making a big financial investment. That was something that set them apart from other companies.

What is the status of this engagement?

We began our first project in November 2023, and we concluded our last project in August 2024. Our relationship has ended temporarily. As we progress and grow, we'll probably use them again in the future as our primary web design and development partner because we've built a very solid relationship with them.

We've had very positive feedback on the professional page that ThrillX designed. It was great that they were open-ended, which worked well for us because we're in the creative space, but I imagine some of their clients aren't in the creative field. I'm not sure if a more structured process would benefit those clients or if it's up to the client to sort out what they're looking for. In that sense, more standard templates or procedures could be helpful in the early stages.

Over-communicate with them. Arsh and Paula are very receptive and willing to go beyond their scope of work to get extra things done. They're both flexible, understanding, and passionate about what they do, and they find joy in that work.

What challenge were you trying to address with ThrillX?

We were building our website and hired ThrillX to help us with it. We wanted to create an impactful website that conveyed the tone we wanted to set and highlighted the areas on which we wanted to shine. We also wanted a fresh face to what was originally a fairly old and quickly slapped-together website.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

ThrillX has helped us develop an informational website. On it, they've highlighted a division of our company we didn't highlight before. The team has also reworded some of the text that had been done fairly loosely before. As for the technology stack, ThrillX has used Elementor and WordPress to build this site.

In the very first interview, ThrillX asked a series of questions to understand what kind of customers we had, what kind of focus we wanted to have, and what the primary mission of the website was. Then, they gave us a link to Envato Elements, a website template company, as well as to another website.

We went through and picked the samples and the different elements we liked. Based on ThrillX's understanding our what we wanted and what our mission was, they created our website and gave us 2–3 rounds of revisions to make changes and comments until we were ready for the training.

Thus far, we've had two training sessions in which ThrillX has explained how to do things. They've also recorded training sessions and sent us the video back so we can go over it again if we’re not quite sure how to do something. To date, I still call them whenever I have a question, and they quickly help me.

We've worked with 2–3 teammates from ThrillX, but I've only had direct contact with Arsh (CEO).

How did you come to work with ThrillX?

I searched online for partners who could help us put a website together. ThrillX had a decent price and sounded good to us because they articulated what they did quickly and easily.

We started working together in May 2024, and the engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We haven’t launched the website yet. Still, ThrillX has been awesome and has delivered a nice website.

How did ThrillX perform from a project management standpoint?

ThrillX has delivered on time and on budget, and they respond well to our needs. They’re very responsive and deliver items on time. We communicate via email and Google Meet.

Are there any employees from the service provider's team that you would like to give a shout-out to in this review?

Arsh is wonderful to work with. He's very focused and efficient with his time, so whenever he sets up a meeting, he's on time and ready to go; he's very punctual in that regard. Moreover, Arsh is very organized and well-prepared.

Moreover, I've found Arsh to be very flexible and easy to work with. For example, if we want to update a section on our own, he does the first page and shows us how to do the rest of the pages ourselves so that we can save money in that regard.

What did you find most impressive about them?

We've been impressed with ThrillX's willingness to listen to what we want rather than tell us what they think we want. Arsh wanted to know what we wanted to focus on, what our audience looked like, and how we wanted to come across on the website. Since then, he has designed the site according to what we wanted, which is smart.

Are there any areas they could improve?

There's nothing ThrillX could improve on. They've impressed me with everything.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Understand what you want before you call ThrillX. Understand your focus and what you want the website to do for you, and make sure you understand that well. You're not doing yourself any favors if you can't articulate what you want to them. If you tell them what you want, they'll deliver.

What challenge were you trying to address with ThrillX?
We were in need of web and mobile application design services. My team and I were familiar with this work but needed a quick turnaround since we were starting to meet with investors and other interested contacts. 

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

ThrillX sketched different templates of how our app and website could look like. We had an initial meeting to introduce ourselves and explain what we needed. We shared other apps and websites with ThrillX to show what we liked and what we didn't want. The team outlined the project, and once the app's design was wrapped up, they moved to the website design. ThrillX shared designs using Figma, and we've shared these designs with our development team. 

ThrillX identified a few templates that could work for our web design. After we chose the templates, we provided the team with sample texts and images to use. With all those details, ThrillX created our first website design in WordPress. The team held a walkthrough of how to design the template website because we knew we would make further changes over time and needed to control those changes.

We worked with three teammates from ThrillX, including a team lead, with whom we worked the most. We also worked with two designers.

My associate found ThrillX through a Google search. After reading the team's reviews and seeing their previous work, we thought they were great for this project.

What is the status of this engagement?
We worked with ThrillX from April–May 2024. Although we aren't actively engaged, I contact ThrillX's lead designer if I have questions about the site or WordPress.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
We were blown away because the designs were exactly what we needed, and ThrillX was able to do it in such a quick turnaround. The team's designs have been super helpful for our development team because it was easy for them to lay out the app's UI regarding the other functions, and Figma and the app design were flawless. We were super impressed with the site's design, too. The team was amazing, offered a helpful hand, and responded very quickly. 

ThrillX saved us a lot of time because they completed so much work in the first week of our engagement.

How did ThrillX perform from a project management standpoint?

ThrillX delivered everything on time and sometimes quicker than we expected. We met with the team on a weekly basis to share the progress made on the design. We also had regular email contact in case we needed an extra meeting ahead of time or if they had significant updates to share with us. The team responded quickly to our questions, usually within 1-2 hours. I also had the team lead's WhatsApp number in case I needed a quick answer, and they usually responded within 10 minutes.

What did you find most impressive about them?

ThrillX is very quick to respond, and my team and I have had issues in our past organizations with designers who didn't keep in contact frequently, which led to delays. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

Once ThrillX completed the initial web design, we requested a video tutorial. I had a call with the team lead and recorded the conversation. It would've been nice if the team had the tutorial ready at the same time they delivered the design. However, this isn't a criticism because we initially didn't request this tutorial, only after the design was delivered.

I suggest establishing early contact with ThrillX through weekly meetings and maintaining consistent communication with the team because they're more than willing to help.

ThrillX was tasked with doing a redesign and optimization of our website. They started with a detailed audit of our site using heatmaps and watching recordings of users. They also used user testing software to show us how our ideal customers perceived our website experience from a qualitative perspective. 
This in particular was very eye-opening to hear directly from the voice of our customers. The audit became the foundation for all of ThrillX’s design decisions and helped our team determine areas for improvement early on and as objectively as possible.

ThrillX then showed us several design concepts that aligned with our brand identity and user journey. They created detailed wireframes, allowing us to visualize the new layout and user flow. The level of detail and professionalism in the initial designs we received was impressive.

They also conducted usability testing on the prototypes themselves to validate the designs. We had regular design review sessions so that we could provide detailed feedback at every step of the way.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We were able to see a 154% increase in conversions and a 34% improvement in user engagement. We also got great feedback from customers on the new design and our enhanced messaging.

ThrillX’s project management was exceptional. They surpassed our timelines and delivered the website ahead of schedule. The communication was also excellent as we had weekly meetings, so our team was constantly in the loop. They definitely go above and beyond to make sure we are happy.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The most impressive factor about ThrillX was how they were able to learn the ins and outs of our industry in a matter of weeks. We were actually planning to go with another vendor at first because they had done projects for similar companies to ours.

However, ThrillX hit it out of the park with the customer research and strategy phase of the project. They created several deliverables, such as user personas and journey maps, to keep us aligned on what the end user wanted as opposed to what our team thought they wanted.

I don’t think the final product would have come out the way it did without this approach.

Nothing major.

I’m the founder of a platform for finding a gym anywhere in the world. I’m based in New York City and the only person in the company.

What challenge were you trying to address with ThrillX?

I was looking for a developer to help me implement Google Maps and make a simple, clean, and highly functional website.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

ThrillX has developed a WordPress website. The hosting is through Bluehost, and they’ve implemented Google Maps. We’re still working together on developing the site; there’s a lot I want to do to it.

The platform is basically a homeplace marketplace but for gyms. The purpose of the functionality is to find a gym quickly, so it’s just a Google Maps with different pin drops for all the gyms I’ve personally been to and reviewed. It has pictures and content; every pin drop on the map will be clickable and pop-up information.

On top of the maps, the site has basic menu items, like articles people can read about fitness and training. There’s also about me and contact sections.

Additionally, I’ve created an abs hypertrophy course, and ThrillX has used a plug-in called LearnDash to allow users to log in with a username, pay for the course, take it, and get credit for it. I’ll work with organizations like the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) to approve the course as a CEU provider for trainers and exercise specialists. We’re in the process of doing that right now.

We mainly deal with Arsh (Founder & CEO), and two other teammates take on different responsibilities.

How did you come to work with ThrillX?

I thoroughly searched online for web developers, and ThrillX came up. I was just down the rabbit hole and eventually ran into them. Then, I checked out their site and some of their former work. They had previously worked with a sports company, and that site's aesthetics matched my vision. 

After I went on several Zoom meetings with different developers, the best interaction I had was with Arsh and his team. When I chatted with Arsh, I felt we were on the same level. Moreover, he was very patient, communicative, and human. I enjoyed his personality, and his prices were very reasonable based on his work.

Overall, they were the best option.

How much have you invested with them?

I’ve spent around $5,000–$6,000. I pay per project, so I was given a flat fee for the site, including the map. With that, I got an additional couple of pages, and any extra page was an extra amount. Now that I have more things popping up, I want to add more things, and each project has its own price. We don’t pay them for the hour.

What is the status of this engagement?

I initially reached out in February 2024 but didn’t pull the trigger until April 2024. After I pulled the trigger, the turnaround was around a month, so they were quick to get started. Once ThrillX finishes with the site, we plan to have an ongoing relationship with them to maintain the site and ensure its security.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

ThrillX has made the site simple, clean, user-friendly, and very functional, which is precisely what I wanted. Everything has been super easy so far, and ThrillX has been on point with my vision. Although it wasn’t very complex, they’ve nailed it.

I’d like to keep the site anonymous because I haven’t announced it yet, and it isn’t the final product yet.

How did ThrillX perform from a project management standpoint?

They’re very organized, and I’ve been pleased with their project management. They list everything we talk about for me and then send a follow-up email. Moreover, ThrillX is very professional, which I appreciate because many people I met were ready to start without an agreement. I needed something in writing, and ThrillX spelled everything out. Afterward, I signed off on everything.

ThrillX has taken a lot of time to explain things to me. Throughout the process, we’ve had many Zoom meetings. After the website was done, we had another hour-long meeting, and they explained how to upload a pin, content, photos, and information for the pins so I could use the site myself and take over the responsibility.

Overall, they’ve been great. If there’s anything that I don’t like, they’re quick to change it for me. We’re in constant communication through emails, texts, and calls. I have their number, so we do a lot of texting and calls if we need to figure out something quickly, like the password or code to get into Bluehost.

What did you find most impressive about them?

We’ve been impressed by ThrillX’s professionalism, patience, quality time with us, and product. They hit everything.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Anyone can improve, but ThrillX knows many things that I didn’t know much about. I trust them with everything; the team has delivered everything I’ve asked.

Additionally, their price is very reasonable compared to everything else I’ve seen.

Reach out and schedule a consultation to see if they’re a fit. Take the time to do a thorough consultation; anyone can be sold based on that.

ThrillX provided a complete website redesign. During the first consultation, they did a website audit of our former website. From there, ThrillX provided the services they could offer, including a price range and a timeline. We decided to engage with them.

The team did everything from A to Z; they redesigned the UI, changed the options and pages we requested, and added pages. ThrillX used WordPress, SiteGround, and WordPress plug-ins.

What is the team composition?

We worked with 3–4 teammates, including Arsh (Founder & CEO). He had one intern working on the project and two other people working on coding and migrating the old site to the new one.

How did you come to work with ThrillX?

I was looking for people to redesign our website and found them through a Google search. I looked at some reviews, reached out to them, and jumped on a call with Arsh, and liked what I heard. They were from Toronto, and we were from Montreal, so we were both in Canada.

We spent $5,000 CAD (approximately $3,700 USD).

What is the status of this engagement?

We began working with them at the end of January 2024, and they finished the project at the beginning of April 2024.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The site has been live for 2–3 weeks, so it’s pretty early to get concrete data. However, we’ve already seen at least a 30% uptick in lead generation within the 2–3 weeks since the redesign. Although many factors are related, I think the website has played a major role in the increase.

Moreover, working with ThrillX was phenomenal; their quality was fantastic. What I appreciated the most was that they always found a solution for us whenever we had an issue. They took the load off our shoulders and took care of it.

How did ThrillX perform from a project management standpoint?

They delivered on time and within budget. Arsh was very generous; he did some things free of charge just because he wanted to help us and grow our partnership.

We talked frequently and had check-ins once a week or every two weeks, more so near the end of the project. We mainly communicated through email and phone. I called Arsh a few times for urgent matters or things that were easier to discuss on the phone. We also used Google Meet and Zoom for video calls.

Are there any employees from the service provider's team that you would like to give a shout-out to in this review?

Arsh was clear and understanding from the beginning; he was a fantastic partner. We never had an issue; Arsh was always on the ball. Even if we had questions outside the project scope, he was happy to answer them. We had a good partnership.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They did a fantastic job on the website’s messaging. The team went from not knowing about hockey to understanding our market and industry. They did their research, used some of our feedback, and created excellent messaging for our website and audience.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I can’t think of anything major to improve. Communication was always great, and they were always on the ball.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

During the first consult, see what they say about your business and website. Explain exactly how you want things done; they’ll take it from there. ThrillX isn’t familiar with every industry; hockey is very niche and geared toward a specific demographic. However, ThrillX will do research on their end and ensure you have a fantastic website that engages your audience.

I’m the owner of Pristine Medical. We manufacture and distribute educational nursing supplies for nursing programs at universities and colleges.

What challenge were you trying to address with ThrillX?

We needed to revamp our website completely. We had a brand book that was created a month before, so we wanted to incorporate everything from the new brand book into the website. We also wanted a cross-platform with multi-currency capabilities to sell within Canada and the US.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

ThrillX was our website design company. We initially emailed them to set up a call, and they gave us their sales pitch. They used Figma, which allowed us to see the website in drafts and take prospective customers on a journey to learn about our product.

They also used many tools, such as Hotjar, Semrush, HulkApps, and many SEO and online advertising tools, to measure our success and current marketing availability on Google.

What is the team composition?

Arsh (Founder & CEO) was on every call. Jessica (UI/UX Designer) was the UI specialist; she had many great recommendations for our website.

Mohammed (Web Developer & UI/UX Designer) was responsible for implementing Shopify. We also had a backend developer, but we didn’t interact much with him. We knew he was involved in the emails, and he worked on the technical aspects of the implementation with Mohammed.

How did you come to work with ThrillX?

Initially, we found them through Google. We vetted several website companies, and ThrillX was one of them. Their sales pitch was great, and Arsh was attentive and cared about us from the start. We worried if they could continue that level of care throughout the whole project, but they did. Once we decided we were good to go, we went with ThrillX.

How much have you invested with them?

We spent between $13,000–$14,000 CAD (approximately $9,400–$10,000 USD).

What is the status of this engagement?

We started vetting companies in October 2023 and officially signed them in December 2023. We finished the project in March 2024.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Before, we had 3,000 products, but our website only had about 500. ThrillX implemented all 3,000 products on our website. Moreover, we started getting more organic traffic before a third site revision in late February 2024. Even without SEO, our existing customers went to our website without us prompting them, and they placed orders of nearly $78,000. We wouldn’t have captured this revenue if it wasn’t for ThrillX. Although we’re still in the process of discussing SEO options, we’ve definitely seen an uptick in revenue and traffic.

Regarding the quality of their work, ThrillX understood what we wanted from start to finish. They brought our ideas to life and recommended taking them above and beyond. This is where Jessica really shined; her designs connected the dots and showed a before and after of the part that we carry and how it’d impact the day-to-day of our prospective customers.

How did ThrillX perform from a project management standpoint?

ThrillX was able to surpass our timelines and deliver earlier. We actually dragged our feet because we were busy with other daily operations, but they were able to deliver on time and within budget.

Moreover, they were very resourceful every time that we had a need. They were attentive to that from the beginning. Whenever we sent an email, although it was 9:45 on a Friday, Arsh would respond an hour later. He treated our project as if it were for his own company; that care factor was there from start to finish.

They used any mode of communication we wanted. Sometimes we sent emails, but they'd call if the email needed a longer response. We also texted and had weekly touchpoints through Microsoft Teams, which were invaluable. Overall, ThrillX was helpful, and we had a clear line of communication in case they were moving too fast or we weren’t comprehending everything.

Are there any employees from the service provider's team that you would like to give a shout-out to in this review?

We interacted the most with Arsh and Jessica. They were both instrumental in getting our website to where it is now. Arsh and Jessica were great to deal with and easy to work with. 

They understood that we weren’t tech-savvy, so they broke down terms as ideas in layman’s terms. Sometimes we didn’t do a good job of conveying our thoughts, but they were great at finishing the sentences on our end. Overall, they made our job very easy and got us through the whole process.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their response times and implementation of ideas were outstanding. Anytime we had an issue, ThrillX found a solution for us. If they didn’t have the answer, they’d tell us they were working on it but having difficulties. Everybody can have mistakes or delays, but ThrillX was upfront and honest about it.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, I didn’t see any improvement areas. We were a happy customer.

Contact Arsh directly and let him know your project, timeline, budget, and the ideas you want to bring to life. Be clear about that on the call or in your email. I also highly recommend scheduling a call with Arsh so he can have an idea of what you’re looking for. As long as you communicate that, your project will come to life.

What challenge were you trying to address with ThrillX?

The goals were to have a more professional website, increase leads, and create a user-friendly environment for our employees.

What was the scope of their involvement?

ThrillX built a new website. They helped with design, development, and content. We had an initial discovery call where we gave them an idea of what we were looking for. We liked everything they said, so we moved forward.

We had multiple phases throughout the process. Phase one was primarily about the website's design, including color schemes, themes, and what we were trying to convey to our clientele or outside viewers.

Phases two and three were more granular regarding the wording, content, and pictures. Phase three was the final draft; we had to iron out small bumps. Finally, ThrillX transferred the site from Wix to WordPress.

One of the website’s features was a timeline where users could see the progress of our service. We also had a recruitment spotlight center to highlight our recruiters every month and an area for potential clients to contact us.

What is the team composition?

We worked with two teammates, including Arsh (Founder & CEO). We were also in contact with Mohammed (Former UI/UX Designer) but didn’t interact much with him.

How did you come to work with ThrillX?

It was a referral.

How much have you invested with them?

We spent less than $10,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked with them from August 2023–February 2024. ThrillX was prepared to go live in December 2023, but there were some changes on our end.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We had many goals, and ThrillX hit the nail on the head on all of them. We saw a significant increase in employee outreach. Before, we weren’t getting much outreach from our employees outside of text messages. The website drove them to contact us through the form and inquire about opportunities. We now get 30–70 emails daily from employees reaching out to us.

Overall, ThrillX did a tremendous job. We were very happy with the quality of their services.

How did ThrillX perform from a project management standpoint?

They were very communicative and accommodating. The team was willing to help however they could.

We mostly communicated through Google Docs and Google Meet. We had a weekly meeting during phase one and then spaced them out every 2–3 weeks.

The person who handled the website design did a tremendous job. He captured everything we tried to convey; we couldn’t be happier.

Be open and transparent. Many people don’t understand how personal it can be when you’re trying to convey a point on your website. Being honest about the message you want to deliver will allow ThrillX to capture it as best as possible.

What challenge were you trying to address with ThrillX?

We wanted to revamp our website. Our main goal was to increase our website traffic, whereas our second goal was to rewrite the message we were conveying.

Our older website was very confusing, and it had been put together by someone who no longer works at our company. This website only reflected his vision and not what The Lion Group was all about, so we had to redo it entirely.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

ThrillX redesigned and redeveloped our website. Initially, we had two discovery calls for them to find out what our goals and direction were. After that, we had to submit a few items to them to help them understand our direction and messaging. The discovery process also included stakeholder interviews.

After the discovery process, ThrillX worked on revamping the website page by page. They gave us two chances to make changes to the final designs and content before the website went live.

As for the technology stack, ThrillX used Figma for the design and WordPress for the development. Our previous site was built on Squarespace, so we were switching servers. This website included a services page, an about us page, a case studies page, and a contact us page.

Throughout the project, we also rebranded our company to go along with the website launch. This process included changing our theme colors and messaging.

There were three teammates from ThrillX working on our project, including a UX designer.

How did you come to work with ThrillX?

Arsh (Founder & CEO) reached out to us via a cold email. In that email, he included a short video explaining what our website was missing and how he would improve it. In addition to that, the timing of his email was perfect because the website revamp was a project we had been thinking about for six months prior to him reaching out; it was already on our to-do list.

When Arsh reached out to us, we were already in the process of vetting different developers to handle the project. ThrillX’s video was very well-explained, very well-put-together, and very professional, so we decided to go with them.

How much have you invested with them?

We spent over $7,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together around April 2023, and the project was completed in October 2023. The project could have been completed earlier, but we delayed part of the review process on our end.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Our website was launched around 10 days ago, but we’ve already seen results. Before this project, we used to get an average of 70 visitors per month. Recently, we hit a new milestone of 200 unique visitors within seven days of launching the site.

How did ThrillX perform from a project management standpoint?

ThrillX definitely delivered on time and on budget. We had weekly touchpoints with Arsh, who took us through the project step by step. We used those meetings to talk about the progress, challenges, and changes we wanted to implement along the way.

I really enjoyed the process from start to end because the project’s roadmap was mapped out really well. Moreover, Arsh’s communication was superb, which made everything easier. Overall, they were very responsive and communicated extremely well throughout the engagement.

I want to give a shoutout to Arsh. He’s very professional, well-spoken, forthcoming, and detailed. He offered excellent communication and went above and beyond what the contract included to help us. Everyone from our team felt the same level of support from Arsh throughout the entire project.

The best thing ThrillX did for us was translate our vision into a beautiful website.
