Social Media Marketing and Community Management for Popeyes
Popeyes is an American multinational chain of fried chicken fast food restaurants, famous for their Louisiana style fried chicken. With fresh chicken marinated in a mixture of cajun & creole spices seasoning for at least 12 hours, their signature fried chicken is a crowd favourite. With over 40 years of presence all around the world, Popeyes has grown to become a familiar name in the fast food industry. The team wishes to maintain the long-term growth in a market saturated with fiercely competitive brands.
Challenge
-
Increase social media presence to expand market reach while maintaining growth in the long run
Strategy
Singapore’s F&B scene is highly competitive. As such, there is a need to leverage social media to increase outreach and build an open channel of communication with consumers. It is also crucial for the content created online to be engaging and unique to allow Popeyes to stand out from the competition and create an impressionable identity among Singaporeans.
Execution
The Creative For More team focused on social media management to create engagement and achieve the objectives. Original and fresh concepts were proposed when generating Popeyes’s online content. We sought to make the content informative yet fun — featuring information about new products and promotions in a series of animations and graphics. Enquiries were also carefully handled & instantly dealt with by the team to provide excellent customer support and build a solid social media presence.

California Raisins Influencer Marketing
California Raisins
Overview
California Raisins is one of the world’s top-selling, all natural, no sugar added dried fruit. They are not only a great snack that is packed with nutrients for people of all age groups, but also a highly versatile ingredient that can be used in food & drinks.
Known for their superior quality and high safety standards, California Raisins is well-known both globally & locally. With its long history & deep establishment worldwide, the team wishes to expand market reach and tap into new demographics by increasing demand for their raisins.
Challenge
-
Raise awareness for California Raisins as the healthy snack of choice for the health-conscious, and yet still appeal to those who may not be, by being naturally sweet and delicious.
-
Raise recognition that California raisins can be an effective and unique cooking/baking ingredient, highlighting the unique natural sweetness it brings to the dish.
Strategy
Market data has shown that influencer marketing is a highly effective channel to increase ROI. About three-quarters of Gen Zers and Millennials follow influencers on social media, and food content is wildly popular. The trick for our team was choosing the right influencers who had a good average on their engagement rate. Then, we built the campaign around generating interest in the brand’s products through highlighting California Raisins as a healthy snacking option and great cooking and baking ingredient.
Execution
We matched the brand with suitable talents based on actionable metrics, latest trends & comprehensive validation procedures to market California Raisins to a wider network of audiences and achieve the objectives. Careful planning & quality control was also maintained on our end to ensure the campaign is optimised to deliver the best results and create a worthwhile impact on consumers.
Results
The month-long campaign generated 139K reach through influencer engagement and the raisins sold out during Covid on their digital channels.

Please describe your company and your position there.
I'm a partner in an Interior Design Studio
For what projects/services did your company hire Creative For More, and what were your goals?
My website was created about 3 years ago and it's always looked like a fresh start up. Now that the business has been growing, we engaged Creative For More to come up with a design to showcase our award winning projects and drive more traffic through the website through marketing campaigns.
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
I received an email from Creative For More and it stood out compared to the rest of the digital marketing agencies email blasts I usually see.
Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.
We went straight into an online meeting, explained briefly about what we wanted and Creative For More took it from there. Geraldine was helpful and gave us suggestions on how to have a more user friendly website.
How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
A web designer from Creative for more and the founder assisted in the entire project.
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
After launching the website, we have received an increase in 45% in leads and a 24% in revenue.
Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.
We did basic communication over Whatsapp & zoom to get things sorted out quickly. The team was very quick with their responses and I would usually get a response in 1-3 hours.

The big yellow door! Creative For More's office looks amazing and truly does stand out. The team and work culture in the company is what I strive to have in my own company.

Please describe your company and your position there.
I am the sole owner and director of Bluverse Capital Pte Ltd (Business Name) where we make premium cycling apparel selling in Singapore under the brand name KONOK
For what projects/services did your company hire Creative For More, and what were your goals?
As KONOK is a brand new business, we hired the company to firstly design the brand logo and conceptualise the brand image and with the brief design the website using Shopify as the platform for our e-commerce business.
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
We searched online, where we decided to go with them after taking a look at the portfolio as well as talking to Geraldine, the owner, where we liked her and it seemed like she understood what we wanted. Of course pricing was taken into consideration, where it was not the cheapest but was fair.
Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.
Project kicked off with a brief from us of what we stand for our target audience look and feel we want. Then CFM started designing the logo coming back with a few iterations before we finalised it and started off the next step for website designing. They came up with a basic website proposal of pages, sections and plan where we went back and fourth for quite a few iterations fine tuning the different product pages, links, content before finalising the design. Next was the website build and coding which took a few weeks to complete. We went to test out the real thing listing out the points to improve or refine and after a few weeks finalised the website.
Then started loading up the pictures and content into the website. After the webpage on desktop was finalised, we proceeded with optimisation for mobile devices which took a few days. After everything was finished, they handed over a extensive website guide of how to make changes in the future and wrapped up the project.
How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
two people had direct contact with us. Geraldine, which is the owner of the company which checked in every now and again and Adelyn which was the main point of contact working on the project and leasing between us and CFM's team.
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
Since our website is completely new, we sent it to friends and family to try it out to all saying that the process was smooth from start to check out and that the website was well put together and looked great.
Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.
We had almost daily communication with Adelyn, the contact point where were were all using telegram as the main communication tool. They had a very hands-on style. We could reach out to them at anytime and they would come back to us within the day. Very engaging and always tried to find a solution to cater to our needs. From our side we also gave CFM's team access to our teams for collaboration and uploading of larger work files to share documents and graphics which worked out fine. As this project took place during covid, main communication was remote via calls, telegram chats, and teams/zoom video calls.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
What we found most impressive was their commitment and attitude to work. They went above and beyond to cater and create exactly what we envisioned where even when things were tailored, and not cookie cutter then did their best to achieve it. Well done.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
While testing out the website , there were a few things that they could have picked up on such as pop ups not linked to the correct page image size not correct etc. but I guess these are all part of the work flow. Nevertheless, they could have pointed these out first rather than us having to go back and give them the list of things to amend.

We needed someone to identify, engage and manage suitable influencers for our campaign promoting several brands of one food product.

We searched online and shortlisted a few companies. The company gave a well-researched brief even before we engaged them, which gave us the confidence that they understood our requirements and would be able to execute the project successfully.
Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.
After a kick-off meeting, the company:
- Identified a list of suitable influencers to engage
- Followed up with negotiations & contracts with influencers
- Sourced and delivered products to influencers
- Followed up with posts & captions
How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
One manager and one specialist.
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
This campaign was tied to our supermarket promotion, where we set up booths with product promoters through another vendor. Our sales tripled and social media following grew as a result of the campaign.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
The company gave regular updates on the progress of the project through a shared spreadsheet.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
The company delivered quality results and managed a project with many moving parts efficiently. We were impressed by their responsiveness and positive, professional attitude, especially when hiccups arose. Working and communicating with them was easy and enjoyable.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
Influencers did not always follow our brief. While this is unavoidable, perhaps the company could have further tightened communications with influencers after sending them the brief to reduce the need to ask for amendments.
