Firstly, there was a meeting during which we discussed my business situation. Then Growcode conducted the site audit. The result of the site audit is a document that assesses the existing situation of the site and presents recommended action steps, as well as a plan and cost for changing the frontend from PWA Studio to Luma. They also conducted a heuristic analysis of the site.

The second stage was focused on implementing the online store using Magento 2 technology. Work was accomplished in two-week sprints. On an ongoing basis we got information about the progress of work and necessary adjustments that were carried out. At the end of 2020, we were looking for a company that has extensive experience in developing highly-converting online shops. In addition, the partner had to have the proper knowledge to consult and recommend the most effective technology within our budget . Growcode had it all, so we decided to work with them.

We started our cooperation with a business analysis. Then, Growcode focused on UX and design of the new platform. The next step was the coding stage by the Growcode development team. After completing these key points we were ready to focus on the maintenance phase. Thanks to the open source technology the whole development process enabled us to implement the ecommerce process we wanted.

A few years ago, I worked for a hotel and conference services company and it was the first time that I met the Growcode team. We worked together to optimize the conversion rate and I was very pleased with the results, so I decided to work again with Growcode to improve the conversion rate for Mazda.

The cooperation started with a workshop where we defined common goals for this project. Then, Growcode conducted advanced research that consisted of several main elements.

The quantitative analysis of data from Google Analytics was the first stage that allowed us to identify the bottlenecks of our website, and on their basis also hypotheses for further research. Then, qualitative research was carried out, divided into two main parts, such as heuristic analysis and usability tests.

The final stage consisted in developing recommendations for changes supported by conclusions from the previous stages. All recommendations were thoroughly discussed, so we were sure that the increase in the conversion rate would be satisfactory.

I worked with a three-person team that consisted of UX Expert, Digital Analyst and Graphic Designer. Everyone worked intensively for mutual success, while the cooperation was carried out by Team Leader, i.e. UX Expert. Klaudia (UX Expert) was very proactive and strongly committed to cooperation.

During the project, the various stages were carried out in accordance with the deadline, thanks to which the effects of cooperation were also amazing.

Cooperation with Growcode can be safely called a huge transfer of know-how and good practices that they have been accumulating for over 10 years, which we could have used to improve our online business.
