Growcode has conducted over 40 conversion rate experiments in our year-long cooperation. They began by performing an audit and brainstorming ideas for potential changes. The project took six months. During this time, Growcode conducted four optimization sprints. The third sprint boosted our average order value by 17% on mobile and increased desktop conversions by 9%. The fourth sprint improved our desktop conversion rate by 11%.
How was project management arranged and how effective was it?
We used Basecamp to manage the whole project and had a video conference to discuss the results of every milestone. We had a direct phone number for the team lead. When we got stuck and didn’t respond, they kindly reminded us to stay on the right track.

The quality of our communication was a big positive. Growcode described benchmarks clearly and kept us on the right track. We could measure the results of their work and specifically tie them to additional revenue, which made it easy to gauge a clear ROI.
Conducting the whole project without involving our web developers was also great. It took only a few minutes at the beginning of our cooperation to implement a small JavaScript snippet.

The first analysis could have been more in-depth. It would have been good to get a clear, early idea of what was possible.
