Visitors to the site are converting, resulting in new business and revenue.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Everything was very smooth. We never needed to go back and forth with them; they get the job done exactly how we requested or, sometimes, even better than how we explained it. They stick to deadlines and communicate when needed. They were available via phone or messaging and are accommodating to what type of communication we preferred. Half of the team works while we sleep which confirms that the project is being worked on around the clock until completed.

Solo Media Group entered on the third milestone, when the project was failing. They solved a poorly coded Magento 2 backend; fixed the site's responsiveness, aesthetic appeal, and check-out ability; edited API integrations with Instagram and mapping applications; and revised many more functionalities according to the client's requests.

The team also provided training videos so we could continuously improve and teach the client about administrative responsibilities.

The team leader coordinated with his developer, who worked directly with us to improve efficiency and understanding. We also had a designer and project manager.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

The team took more time than requested to truly clean up the backend, hold several meetings, and complete additional revisions. This immediately satisfied our concerns about their abilities. They provided so much detail that we could easily explain their progress to the client and give an accurate delivery timeline for each task.

They communicated exactly what happened behind the scenes through video calls, email, Excel spreadsheets, and shared Google documents. The team lead did an amazing job, offering consistent and coherent updates. They budgeted, communicated, and followed up well.

We’d worked with several digital marketing agencies in the past, and they always failed to deliver as expected. At the time, we were having a lot of problems with our website, so we needed resources to redo our site and take over all of our digital marketing.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Initially, they designed and developed a new website using Magento 1.9 and migrated content from our previous site. The new, user-friendly site allowed us to add products, change them, and upgrade the platform quickly without having to do additional coding.

Since then, they’ve led our SEO and social media campaigns. They publish content every week on all of our accounts, including Facebook and Instagram. Whenever there’s a problem with our ads, they take care of it right away.

We’ve worked with their team for about a year and a half, now, and they've provided all the tools we need to be successful.

Compared to before, our orders have gone up by about 20%–30% and the business has increased by 30%, too. In terms of digital marketing, they’ve boosted our search rankings for our relevant brands. Our previous providers could only get us to the second or third pages, but Solo Media Group pushed us to the first.

They’re excellent to work with and always keep us up to date. Although we gave them a big task to work on, they were able to finish the project before schedule. We mainly communicate through email, phone, and text. If there’s an issue that needs to be fixed right away, I usually give them a call.

They respond to our needs, communicate in a timely manner, and deliver as promised. Performance is everything. If they say they’ll do something, they’ll do it. Additionally, if we ever have any issues, even if it’s out of their scope, they always try to help us.
