      I found TinyFrog very easy to work with because I could call them at any time for an update. They also keep me updated about the website and respond quickly to issues. It's more like a boutique company where you have a good relationship. Unlike working with a big company, where you're just one of 100 or 1,000 clients, TinyFrog is all about the relationship.

      In terms of the process, we didn’t miss a single deadline and they delivered every single time. They worked really well with us to lay out a very logical process stepwise, and delivered the final output earlier than expected. In terms of the quality, we liked that they gave us a nice surprise. The splash of the first page was not really something that we asked for, but it was something beautiful — it sets the website apart and it gave gives a nice introduction to the organization. I couldn't say enough nice things about the quality. The graphics and the layouts were very nice, modern, and up-to-date — it looked like a $50,000 website.
