I'm the controller for a venture capital company that focuses on Real Estate and Hospitality developments. We are based in Topeka, KS and are primarily focused on the revitalization of Downtown.

It had been almost 5 years since Iron Rail Brewing had opened. We had made a few minimal updates to the site since it opened but was starting to feel dated. Plus our business strategies had changed, mostly due to our catering business exploding which hadn't been really displayed or focused on our site yet.

Innovative Media Creators offered a complete package for the website refresh. From taking photos, updating the graphics, fonts, brand feel, and then taking that all the way to a finished website.

We had a kick-off meeting to discuss the goals and objectives of the project. IMC listened to our needs and provided some constructive feedback about what we could to do accomplish that. A couple weeks later we received a mock-up of the website that we were able to share with our stakeholders.

After gathering feedback we sent it back to IMC who make adjustments and completed the website a couple weeks later. We got to see the final design, and make a couple last minute changes before it went live. It really couldn't have been much easier to work with IMC, the hardest part of was getting our team on the same page!

It was nice to only have 1 relationship manager that took care of everything and was highly communicative. Marcus is awesome!

The new website hasn't been live for very long, but our catering business is still growing and I believe the new website is contributing to that. We are getting inquiries coming through the website forms that IMC created for us constantly.

We work best on email since it's difficult to get all of our team's schedules to align. That didn't slow down progress at all though since Marcus at IMC stayed on top of all our asks and kept the project moving forward. The mock-ups of the site that IMC delivered were easy to view and provide feedback on.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

It's so nice to work with a smaller company that gives you the individual attention your project needs. Communication is easy when there aren't multiple contacts you have to deal with. Our project never felt like it was held up in queue, but rather that it was top priority to get completed as soon as possible.

None, it was great!

We first had a Zoom meeting with Innovative Media Creators, during which we discussed our requirements and what they could provide. From there, they proceeded with the work, handling both the development and design process for our website. As they were creating different pages for the site, they asked for our feedback and incorporated them accordingly. The site was built from scratch.

We’ve already launched the site, and their team is helping us maintain it and implement any necessary updates.

We work with two people from their side: the owner and a photographer.

We just launched the site recently; it loads very quickly, especially when switching to different pages.

We’re impressed by the fact that the website they’ve delivered came out exactly as how we envisioned it to be; the content and its overall look and feel are spot-on.

I'm currently a cattle analyst for NextGen Cattle Company, but started out as the Executive Assistant. NextGen Cattle Company is a fully integrated cattle business from Seed-Stock to cattle feeding to beef processing. We have two bull sales each year selling over 300 Beefmaster and Charolais at each sale, now adding Angus. We also just started NextGen Beef which is a direct to consumer product, shipping beef directly to homes.

Innovative Media has been here for everything, from the start up of our website, to customer interviews and videos. They run all of our media platforms and help advertise for our sales and all aspects of our company. Our goal has been and continues to bring excitement, energy and a new look and feel to the cattle industry. Innovative Media Creators has done this over and over, and every time we are amazed with the product and ideas they bring our way. It is so awesome to have a company we can trust, who listens to our ideas an needs, and produces a product every time and defines how we want to be represented.

Marcus had worked with our owners with a previous industry. They knew the product he would produce and were excited to bring him in to learn and give NextGen Cattle Company the image they were looking for.

They have taken our employee head shots, photo's of our ranch and feedyards, marketed our genetics and apparel. Direct to consumer website, beef photos and purchasing options. Helped us build our customer base with Mailchimp, Drift, and email marketing. Produces weekly emails to go out to our customer base. Interviews and makes videos of customers and our owners, for our genetics, and sales of genetics, semen, and beef. Helped us in designing logos for all of our companies and products.

We have been completely satisfied with all product produced by Innovative Media Creators. Not only do they produce high quality products that are directly in line with our company, they also have the best customer service. Everyone we have worked with is excited to be here, listens to what we want, does research to better understand this industry to keep us aligned yet fresh, new and appealing. We've never had any issues in getting more than we ask for and presented in a way that appeals to our goals.

Workflow is seamless. They deliver anything we need on the timeline we need it on. They answer every question in a timely format and we have never had to worry about what was happening on their end!

Their positive attitude and drive to produce a high-quality product that is fresh and appealing are impeccable. Their was also a learning curve that Marcus maneuvered with grace. At the beginning he was not familiar with the cattle industry, but you would have never known it, he obviously took time to do his research.

Marcus is very friendly and easy to work with. He was innovative and saw the whole picture of our vision and purpose for the new website. His videography and pictures were really professional and key to making the website comprehensive.

It may appear that there was too much time between when we started and when we launched the website for the first time but that had to do with us and our packed timeline when getting information to Marcus for the website.
