Sher Agency helped us to design & develop a brand new website for our company. Main goals were to launch a completely new, professional design with a clean aesthetic. They helped us to organize & write content for some of our key webpages and gave the whole website a fresh upgrade.

I could not recommend the Sher Agency more highly. They have been an absolute Godsend for our team. Axel, Max, and the rest of the team are all absolute professionals that you can rely on 100% of the time to not only get the job done but have it done well. 

Their professionalism honestly went above and beyond what I originally expected. It's like having another entire frontend engineering department that's amazing at what they do. Having a PM like Axel, who is honestly soooo beyond competent, it's not even funny, makes the whole process of working with the Sher Agency a breeze! I'd give them 100 stars if I could.

Honestly, I cannot quite think of anything other than some very rare times there were minor lapses in attention to detail in regard to design fidelity during implementation. But to be honest, those instances are so far and in between it's almost inconsequential.

I never worried about what I was going to receive when or the project calendar. My Account Manager, Axel, was very easy to reach and transparent about the process. His team was very thorough and responsive. I'm very happy with the design we received.

My Account Manager, Axel, was very transparent and communicative about timeline and deliverables. He made sure my needs were heard and addressed while keeping our project on budget and within scope. They set up our wordpress site and gave us access to preview it and request revisions. Setting up google analytics and google search console continues to help us measure website traffic and success.

The development process and content upload process took a little longer than anticipated, but that was ok with us. They were transparent in the delays and communicated to us via email. For the revision round, there was a very organized spreadsheet where we could write our revisions and track their status - super helpful

Key deliverables included basic design, approval of branding elements, porting over navigation, and copy from the previous site. Then there was a round of revisions. After that a round of quality checks and optimization. Finally, training resources were supplied after delivery.

Our website was homegrown and several years old. The style was very corporate, and we were looking to redesign to better align with our values. The Sher Agency was brought in to help us better-articulate our focus on DEI, work-life balance, and social impact.

We searched online and shortlisted a handful of vendors. Ultimately, their approach, pricing model, and past performance convinced us that they were the right partner.

The Sher Agency has a standard process of design and development with multiple iterations and checkpoints. They build a very intuitive, customized WordPress website that will be easy for us to maintain internally.

We worked with the owner, a project manager/designer, developers, and support staff.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We just launched this month, so we have not yet seen the measurable outcomes regarding our site performacne; however, we were very pleased with the process and the responsiveness of the design and build. The team very clearly articulated the next steps and delivered accordingly.

The process was really well-developed, so communication was mostly able to be performed asynchronously via email.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The personalities were the highlight of the process. We really enjoyed working with each of the team members from Sher.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

The main improvements could have been achieved from our side. Like most small, fast-growing businesses, we deprioritized this project against some of our client work. My advice to future clients of Sher is to dedicate project team members and invest the time early in the process to develop the content. This will help keep things on track and maximize the value you get from Sher and their team members.

We do alot of Wordpress development here at our firm, but have had many projects and have lost some key staff. Instead of instantly re-hiring we thought we would try working with another developer in a more contract way.

We have transitioned many of our sites to using Elementor for content management and they had extensive experience and were willing to work within our process where we could do some key things and they did the development and passed it back to us to finish up the content.

The site wont launch for another few weeks as we finish up the details but the client is very happy so far with the test site and how it works.

I was mostly impressed with their speed. The main templates were done within 2 weeks where we could take over in populating content and building out pages. Fit our timeline perfectly.

It was our first time working with them so there maybe could have been more communication at times, but honestly they hit their dates and there were minor changes to make. To not have to babysit the project was glorious.

We needed to update our website to make it more user friendly for our aging demographic. The goal was to create a clean, uncluttered website that wouldn't intimidate our users with too much information but still express our mission, goals, and make important information readily accessible.

The Sher Agency had done a website for our camp and conference center and it is so beautifully done and the staff who worked on it were super impressed with the process.

Honestly, I was pretty illiterate in most of the technologies used, and the team at the Sher agency was so patient and helpful while trying to walk me through what needed to be done. The moved some information over from an old website and advised me on the best way to present it on the new site.

I worked with mainly 3 people through the process but my main contact was Emily who walked me through all the steps that we had set up in an initial meeting with Max.

It is still very new and I am working with Damien to get some content updated, so I don't have a lot of input from our community to share. Yet.

We used Google Drive and while there were deadlines for certain portions of the project I was given plenty of time and instruction to get the taks completed.

I was really impressed with their patience and helpfulness throughout the process and I really appreciated having the initial meeting with goals and dates decided upon ahead of time. It really helped with my scheduling.
