We needed someone to develop our website, so we hired Iconic Web.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Iconic Web has designed and developed our website. Initially, we showed them our existing site, but it was so old that they started building a new one from scratch. Now, they’re in charge of monitoring it in case there are any problems. Our website showcases our group and explains who we are and what we do. Additionally, it has online signup capabilities. On this site, we post tournaments and announcements.

We work with three teammates from Iconic Web.

I found them on Google and liked their reviews. When I called them, an actual person picked up, so I really liked their communication. Moreover, I got a very positive impression from the person I spoke with; they seemed engaging and didn’t upsell me.

We’ve spent less than $10,000.

We started working together in January 2022, and our engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Iconic Web has done a fabulous job, and we haven’t experienced any problems with our site. Our webpage manager works directly with them, and he’s very impressed with their work as well. Since 2022, we’ve had over 7,000 visits, and no one has complained about the site. Moreover, our online signups have gone very well, and the site has been well received by our membership.

How did Iconic Web Headquarters perform from a project management standpoint?

Iconic Web is very responsive and professional. I can’t think of an instance where we got frustrated, or they didn’t return a call. We communicate via email.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Iconic Web is a good listener, and they don’t sell us anything we don’t need. Moreover, they’re very honest.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I can’t think of anything Iconic Web could improve on. Any time we ask them to do something, they do it.

ALB enlisted Iconic to redesign our website, and has subsequently used Iconic as a go-to web development partner for our clients when web design and branding is part of our project deliverables.

In our case, we were looking for a partner who could design a modernized, dynamic site for our agency that best showcased our work using design-driven storytelling, incorporation of video, and more. For clients, our requests are similar, in that we are always looking for a modernized, creative and dynamic web experience for our clients' brands, and Iconic is our go-to.

Iconic Web HQ built out a website for us from scratch. They handled both the development and design of the site. Currently, we’re still working together on the design of the site. Their team also does monthly maintenance services for us and implements any key updates as needed.

We found them through online research. We chose to work with them since they were also based in Pennsylvania.

Iconic Web HQ has done a fantastic job so far. The website they’ve delivered looks beautiful and almost flawless — we only need to button up a couple of minor things.

How did Iconic Web HQ perform from a project management standpoint?

They’ve done great in this regard. We’re actually the ones who haven’t been meeting the deadlines, so we really appreciate how understanding they’ve been. For communication, we interact with them mostly through email.

Iconic Web HQ’s personal business skills are impressive — they’re constantly professional and on point.
