It had been almost 5 years since Iron Rail Brewing had opened. We had made a few minimal updates to the site since it opened but was starting to feel dated. Plus our business strategies had changed, mostly due to our catering business exploding which hadn't been really displayed or focused on our site yet.

Innovative Media Creators offered a complete package for the website refresh. From taking photos, updating the graphics, fonts, brand feel, and then taking that all the way to a finished website.

We had a kick-off meeting to discuss the goals and objectives of the project. IMC listened to our needs and provided some constructive feedback about what we could to do accomplish that. A couple weeks later we received a mock-up of the website that we were able to share with our stakeholders.

After gathering feedback we sent it back to IMC who make adjustments and completed the website a couple weeks later. We got to see the final design, and make a couple last minute changes before it went live. It really couldn't have been much easier to work with IMC, the hardest part of was getting our team on the same page!

It was nice to only have 1 relationship manager that took care of everything and was highly communicative. Marcus is awesome!

The new website hasn't been live for very long, but our catering business is still growing and I believe the new website is contributing to that. We are getting inquiries coming through the website forms that IMC created for us constantly.

We work best on email since it's difficult to get all of our team's schedules to align. That didn't slow down progress at all though since Marcus at IMC stayed on top of all our asks and kept the project moving forward. The mock-ups of the site that IMC delivered were easy to view and provide feedback on.

It's so nice to work with a smaller company that gives you the individual attention your project needs. Communication is easy when there aren't multiple contacts you have to deal with. Our project never felt like it was held up in queue, but rather that it was top priority to get completed as soon as possible.

We have two bull sales each year selling over 300 Beefmaster and Charolais at each sale, now adding Angus. We also just started NextGen Beef which is a direct to consumer product, shipping beef directly to homes.

Helped us build our customer base with Mailchimp, Drift, and email marketing. Produces weekly emails to go out to our customer base. Interviews and makes videos of customers and our owners, for our genetics, and sales of genetics, semen, and beef. Helped us in designing logos for all of our companies and products.
