We had a small conversion rate optimisation project for a client. We needed Wonderful to do a deep-dive into data and analytics then provide recomendations and execute.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The project delivered clear, measurable improvements across key conversion metrics. Following the data and analytics review, the team identified several friction points in the user journey and translated these into targeted UX/UI improvements. Post-launch, we saw an uplift in conversion rate, a reduction in drop-off across key funnels, and improved engagement metrics such as time on site and pages per session. Just as importantly, the work provided a much clearer understanding of user behaviour, giving us a stronger foundation for ongoing optimisation and future CRO initiatives. Overall, the project delivered both immediate performance gains and long-term strategic value.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Wonderful could have done differently?

Overall, the engagement ran very smoothly and delivered strong outcomes. If anything, we would have welcomed slightly more time in the initial phase to explore additional test opportunities, but given the scope and timeline, the team did an excellent job prioritising what would have the most impact.
