Responsive Website Design: Our ideal website will be visually appealing and structure information to make it easy to use for all target audiences The overall design for the website will be a modern design that adheres to the Wheeler Opera House’s graphic standards. The ability to refresh the look each season for consistency with season branding is also desirable. 

The expectation is that the website presents effectively in both desktop and mobile environments. 

• capability to display dynamic visual content and incorporate social media for easy following and sharing
• conform to the ADA latest WCAG (Website Content Accessibility Guidelines) standards (See Exhibit C - CO House Bill 21-1110)
• internal site search that allows users to sort search results by date, genre, artist, presenter, etc. Users will be able to filter by type of content and easily apply advanced search techniques, such as Boolean, if desired.
•  mobile page preview for phones, tablets, and other devices
• support mobile and desktop versions of Apple Safari, Google Chrome, Microsoft Internet Explorer and Edge, and Mozilla Firefox 

Website Structure: We are open to categorizing information in a way that makes sense and is easy to navigate for the site visitor. We are looking for guidance on this issue from our developer. Our current website contains vast amounts of outdated, redundant, and unnecessary information. Content pages we want to keep will need revision and a fresh take at presenting important details effectively. This will require an active discovery phase where we collectively decide what content we want on the site, and how we want to organize it. Desirable features for the content management system are: 

• ability make changes without having to engage the vendor • ability to integrate with our ticketing system and have hyperlinking capability for both internal and external content 
• ability to post to Twitter and Facebook directly from the CMS for news, events, and blog posts 
• APIs, import and export capabilities to work with current or future components (i.e., ticketing systems, email service, social media, etc.)
• capability to view the HTML code of any individual page and directly add or alter the code as necessary
• easy embedding or interfacing of audio, video, media, and social-networking applications with associated embed codes
• flexible and adaptable with a friendly user-interface 
• print friendly function for webpages The following content categories are examples of what is to be included in the new site. Event Calendar Calendar of upcoming events is a primary driver for visiting the site. We are looking for a robust, dynamic, and responsive calendar feature to display event details and easily access ticket purchase with integration to our Aspen Show Tix website.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

• Competitive analysis results, Workshop and Mood Board session summaries, delivery of Creative Brief, Design options, delivery of scope doc, regular project progress reports, and updates, clearly communicated timelines and expectations from client (me), delivery of content guide, finished project delivered on time in a well-coordinated effort with limited to zero downtime of site. Delivery of wordpress training, delivery of general content, accessibility and SEO guidelines.

Project management was well planned, with t and regular updates on project progress. Needs were responded to in a timely and efficient manner. All items were delivered on time, and expectations from client (me) were communicated in advance for to keep on schedule .On our end, this project was managed internally by one person (me), and the organization and communication from the project manager (Justin) was very much appreciated throughout the process.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Every decision made in the design of this site was intentional. From the very beginning, Clique Studio listened to our insights, which informed an end product that we are immensely proud of. I cannot say enough about the positive experience working with Clique studios..

We asked Clique Studios to design, develop and implement a custom digital product involving a landing page and four branch pages that was to be optimized across desktop and mobile. This project included video, images, written content, graphics and an interactive design to tell four separate stories, with its own branding tailored to this specific custom product. Clique led us through multiple wireframing and design iterations on a mutually agreed upon schedule.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We stayed on deadline and on budget with the project and met our KPIs for this specific product.

Clique was excellent at project management and goal-setting — we were able to mutually agree upon an aggressive but attainable timeline from research and design to development and implementation. 

Their project management was incredibly well organized, communicative and responsive, all of which are extremely important in a news environment. I loved that we had an open Slack channel and a weekly sync to stay on top of this project, and I always felt like Clique's To-Do list was as organized and forward-looking/anticipatory as mine was.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I had a great feeling about Clique from our first meeting — it was clear that they understood our company and our brand and were genuinely interested in contributing to our success. Everyone had a great attitude, a thoughtful approach to the work, and an openly communicative style that kept us aligned throughout the project. 

I like that we always felt in sync and as if we were part of the same team, and it was clear how much thought Clique team puts into their own team management and the success of their colleagues and clients.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Clique Studios could have done differently?

I think Clique Studios did a great job — we're very happy to be continuing our work with them.

Clique completed an entire website build out/development to represent four daily fee golf courses. This started with the planning stages, design and final launch plus support.

The main target was to gain as much revenue to sell a four course passes to drive golfers to each facility. This was the most important measurable outcome.
