We've gone through five iterations of our homepage design until landing on the perfect layout that caught our eye. The team has presented us with options via email, and we have discussions over the phone as per my preference. Dotlogics tends to my communication preferences. Dotlogics wasn't pushing me, but they followed up when they didn't hear back from me, which is important. Dotlogics' main difference is that they stay with us until we're satisfied with the result without charging more money. The team is on top of work, and if you don't sound completely convinced about something, they'll look into other options. Dotlogics goes above and beyond, and you need to communicate all your wishes and requirements because they know how to work with them.

I have worked with two other SEO companies. One was more of a freelancer and one was a much larger company. Both had problems and even though I was promised results (which was fishy in the first place - SEO improvements can rarely be PROMISED), I never got them. I did, however, waste a lot of money. The Media Captain, on the other hand, is a perfectly-sized company with direct contact and strategizing with the owner but also a lot of support from the rest of the team. They're large enough to have resources but small enough to actually care. They're extremely organized and knowledgeable and I have been impressed with the comprehensive strategy they developed and presented to me. Most importantly, though, they're the only SEO company which has actually improved my rankings! And FAST! As a business owner of nearly 10 years, I have worked with a lot of companies. The Media Captain is one of the best companies I have ever worked with. I would not change anything about my experience with this company so far. They have exceeded my expectations.
