We opted for a phased approach to launching our website. In phase 1, we rolled out all product detail pages (PDP) and high-level collection pages, enabling customers to start shopping on our site. Within the initial two weeks, online store sessions increased by 647%, and we exceeded our sales goal by 80%.

Despite encountering some delays typical of most site launches, Huemor consistently demonstrated prompt responsiveness to our emails. Our project manager was great to work with, understanding our brand and requests adeptly, often delivering turnarounds on the same day. We needed copy-write support last minute and Huemor brought on an amazing copywriter who quickly grasped the tone and voice of our brand.

After interviewing numerous agencies for the project, we selected Huemor primarily for their strategic approach. It was essential for us to find an agency partner that invested the effort to truly care about our brand identity, vision, and future direction. Their thorough discovery phase, from mood boards to competitive analysis, solidified our confidence in their abilities.

Given that we had never done a website redesign, we were unsure of what to expect. We discovered that there were significantly more internal tasks involved than we anticipated. Setting this expectation early on would have been helpful, allowing us to allocate manpower more effectively.

They built the website from scratch, on a very technical subject (biotechnology), on a very tight timeline (3 months) using a robust CMS (Wordpress). They continue to host and manage it for us as well.

They were very rigorous about timelines, and always met their deliverables (and then some). Because of their strictness the project launched ahead of schedule despite being undertaken during the holidays (Thanksgiving and Christmas). They were super professional and responsive.

I really admire everything about them. They are energetic, full of new and original ideas, very structured in how they approach problems (every page has to have a very specific role), and they invest in the project infrastructure and process to make sure the results are great and happen in a timely manner. They are also creative, and low ego/take feedback well.

Scope of work included building a brand new mobile responsive website to better represent our brand and to collect emails. We needed to launch in less than 4 weeks before a big conference our founder was speaking at. Had to integrate with SendGrid which didn't have a standard Word Press integration, needed Google Analytics tracking, and had pixel perfect brand requirements.

• Three different microsites that are connected to each other - with a dotted line connecting each one to each other and to the larger organizational brand. 
• Crafting the individual sites for each of the sub-brands while factoring in the nuanced brand foundations and imagery for each of the sub-brands. 
• Ensure aspects of two of the above are gated for access to participants in the program.

The entire Huemor team was always incredibly quick and thorough. They would provide feedback on items and follow up with reminders for anything that was still outstanding. 

We had a project manager throughout the project who would join our calls for the various workstreams and outline next steps at the end of each call. Then also had an account manager who would check in intermittently to ensure we were happy with how everything was going -but was very open to feedback. Each meeting was productive and felt like such a great use of time and resources.

We love the new look and feel. They took our feedback and were really able to bring what we were envisioning to life.

Once we were able to pinpoint our issues with communication, Huemor really worked hard to fix all issues and make sure that we knew what the project expectations were.

• Company pages such as; about us, partners, careers, support, etc. 
• Reworking of CTA forms for demo requests, email signups, etc. 

Huemor managed the project from start to finish effectively while keeping to schedule and launching at the targeted launch date.

While the project has only recently been completed, we expect to see greater website retention and a reduced bounce rate due to the work Huemor has completed. From a technical standpoint, we have already seen our search rankings increase and overall improvements to the website's usability (such as load times).

Huemor had a dedicated project manager assigned to our projects throughout their lifecycle who was very responsive to all of our needs. They helped coordinate amongst the range of team members (design, ux/ui, dev, seo, etc.) to ensure our project goals were achieved. All agreed upon deliverables were on time and any delays were due to design inputs that we took longer than expected to provide them.

We found their ability to exceed expectations at all phases of the design and development process most impressive. The design team we worked with was very skilled and brought a lot of great ideas to the table and the PM was always on top of the project and ensuring we were on time and none of our concerns were missed. The technical team was able to deliver on all of the agreed upon features and resolve any bugs that were present during launch promptly.

There are a few different collaboration tools throughout the process - PM, design, bug reporting, etc. but each is specialized for a particular function so not sure if anything could really be done differently.

We had several existing WordPress sites for our different connected brands that had been created nearly 7 years ago. Since then, every team member had applied their own duct tape to accomplish their needs, and 3rd party landing page builders were increasingly responsible for the design of new pages, leading to lots of design inconsistency.

We wanted a new, single WordPress build (since we were already used to it) that would bring all the outside pages back under one roof, and provide the opportunity to grow with much-needed design guardrails to ensure the site still serves our needs while looking good for years to come.

The Huemor team was very organized, proactive, creative, and efficient. They used a work/project management software (Asana) to track the project timeline, deliverables, assigned tasks, and customer communication. They used an instant messaging program (Slack) for async communication and were highly responsive.

They used design (Figma) and organized workspace management software (Zeplin) to keep designs organized. All of these project management tools, along with a dedicated project manager that led the project from start to finish, kept our project on time and deliverables were met.
