The first phase was all about research and building the investor database, and that was delivered right on schedule. Once the outreach started, they sent us weekly reports showing how many people were contacted, who responded, and what the next steps were. They were also very flexible. Midway through the campaign we asked them to adjust the messaging for a specific investor segment and they had the updated version ready within days. Whenever we had questions or needed something changed, they responded quickly. We never felt like we were left in the dark about what was happening. The whole experience felt like working with an extension of our own team rather than an outside vendor.
