Our experts have been performing roof inspections, storm damage repairs, and roof replacements for residential and commercial clients since 2006.

We need someone to assist us with setting up a series of automations from our website to our CRM through Zapier. The primary objective was to have leads that came from our website automatically uploaded to the appropriate market in our CRM and notify a team member that a new lead had been assigned.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

There is no longer a 4-8 hour delay from contact form submission to CRM input, which has helped us increase the number of potential leads.

Josh No Code is extremely organized and diligent in his organization and management of our project. They are always responsive and punctual in their replies, and even when we had data connection errors via Zapier (not Josh No Code's fault), they helped us get everything addressed the same day.
