What does your business do and what is your role at your company?

Founded in 2004, we are a Sino-foreign joint venture. And we are a manufacturer specializing in the production of oil pipe couplings and casing couplings. All products meet API 5CT standard and have passed API 5CT and API 5L certification.

Founded in 2004, the company covers an area of 30,000 square meters, with a monthly production capacity of 40-50 containers. We have 500 employees so far.

What is the main reason you hired the service provider?

We wanted to improve our company's brand image and expand the overseas market.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Grow Force was responsible for helping us build our company's official website, providing a complete set of Internet solutions as well as domain name registration, website construction, overseas Google promotion and corporate email creation. The cooperation with Grow Force was because the overall outsourcing situation. Grow Force provided pre-sales, in-sales and after-sales services.

From the service provider’s company, what is the team composition? 

For our project, in terms of the website construction, there were designers, design assistants, design managers and art designers. And in terms of Google optimization, there were professional Google optimizers. Grow Force arranged about 10 one-to-one service personnel for our company.

How did you come to work with the vendor? 

We found the service provider through friends. We chose the provider for their all-round customer services. Especially the early sales staff Sun Ming was also very professional.

How much money have you invested with them? 

The money spent on website construction is about 30,000 to 40,000 RMB, and the cost of Google promotion is about 100,000 RMB each year.

What is the status of this engagement?

At present, the website operates well and the effect of Google promotion is also good. Basically, customer inquiries are generated every day.

How did the vendor perform from a project management standpoint?

The service provider performed well. By means of weekly meeting, regular meeting and monthly work report, we communicated the promotion effect and supervised the completion standard. In the process of our communication, the service provider responded quickly and smoothly.
