Why does your company require outbound services? Did you use to handle these needs in-house?

We are a brand new Bed and Breakfast in a brand new niche market, so generating leads is highly important. I did not want to be lumped into the generalization of normal websites like Hotwire or hotels.com. We initially started doing lead generation in house, but then decided it was much more efficient and successful to source it out to a company.

What is the volume of outbound calls your company was handling per day?

We tried to roughly hit the goal of 30 calls a day since we have a very small staff. In realizing that a company that specialized in this area would be much more successful we began looking for a company to handle the task.

What were your company’s goals for the partnership with this service provider?

Our goal was to bring new clientele to a budding business so that word of mouth would spread faster. Word of mouth in this industry is the best form of advertising but it is hard to get word of mouth out there if you don't bring in the initial clientele.

What do they provide for you on a normal basis?

They provide lead generation and appointment/bookings along with follow up after clients stay.

Could you describe their pricing structure and how they bill you?

We are billed per project campaign and we run a new campaign about every 3 months, or when the seasons change.

How did you find and select your them?

We did a lot of market research trying to find the company that was more tailor-made for our niche needs. It was not that hard of a choice since most of the other companies do a certain task and will not tailor make a program for a company. We chose Unee Solutions because they did.

How much time and money do you estimate that they save you each month?

The amount of money we spend is roughly the same but the time we save is invaluable! With the amount of work they do on a campaign, it is worth any amount we would lose by hiring them. I was paying a couple of people roughly $1,500 per month to do it previously and they were only spending maybe 10 hours in total a week to produce 2 to 4 leads. Now I pay roughly $2,000 for unknown hours with 15 to 20 leads. Invaluable!

Based on your experience, what takeaways can you share about working with them?

It is an amazing company with a very exceptional set of work ethics. I am always thankful for all they do and bookings they create.

What do you think are their strengths?

They are great at thinking out of the box. Not every situation works with a cookie cutter answer and these guys are able to look beyond the normal to come up with solutions for us.

There is nothing they need to improve.
