We hired Technosys for Customer support services, they provided chat service and inbound service to my customers.

To ease my customers queries, solve their problems and to provide them hastle free services

I saw their advertisement on social media, then googled about thier company. After finding them, I verified them with my connections. Thus I called and requested them for meeting.

It was simple, just to provide my customers hassle free services. To connect them with doctors, to provide them knowledge about disease and problems and also book appointments. Thus I need effecient team to work.

The team comprises of 20 people who worked.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

I had great experience with the company, I also received exclusive services by their team. It was great working with them, my employees also gave their positive response. I and my employees both learn many things from them, which is helpfull in running my business.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

It was great, both my team and Technosys team work well, they helped many of my employees learning on business techniques, solving customers queries. Increasing number of customers etc. In short I would say thier was perfect synchronisation among both teams in developing my business.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

I was impressed by their problem-solving techniques, helpful nature, customer services, and effectiveness.

Are there any areas for improvement?

They should build multiple offices in different states, that way multiple companies could profit with their services. As their services is unique and effective in developing business.
