      The communication was great. Our project manager always answered emails quickly and checked in regularly. At one point we needed to have a supplemental meeting and the Massive team was happy to schedule that meeting on pretty short notice. Afterwards they're very transparent about when they can fit that in their schedule, but we have never waited more than one week to get our project started.
